I think you need more plays for turn 1... as of now you just have 2x Ecstatic Awakener  Flip, Cleric Class, Loran's Escape.

adding more drops Archfiend's Vessel could have a neat synergy with Nullpriest of Oblivion or even Thoughtseize/Inquisition of Kozilek

Archon_Bel I threw Dreamstealer & Needle Specter in because Breena reliably pumps them up &, even in a vacuum, those 2 cards are such nutkickers when you can reliably pump. I've double triggered Breena onto one of them & had an opponent discarding 5 cards easily, I don't necessarily need any discard synergy to make them worthwhile. Also some of my reanimation pulls cards from my opponents' graveyards as well.

I do the same thing with lifelink, I don't neccessarily rely on lifegain, but lifelinking creatures are one of the better ones to be pumped when you have a reliable engine, so I throw in a bunch of lifelink aggro. Nullpriest of Oblivion is another one I like. One that probably meets halfway between our different strategies is Speaker of the Heavens.

A bunch of the new phyrexian things synergize well, that is the direction I saw the toxic/proliferate Breena deck going.

For me, Felisa, Fang of Silverquill was cut for Ratadrabik of Urborg. I do think guardian scalelord will playtest really well though.

If you end up leaning into the phyrexian build & run with "mites" you probably wouldn't miss Cathars' Crusade anyway :)

My deck is Birdlock, it may have some things that you like for the creature category anyway. Breena decks fascinate me because for whatever reason she is one of the Strixhaven precon commanders that I don't see explored as much. Alot of the decks don't deviate much from the precon build, yet she is so much stronger & more fun as a more aggressive build.

Phule451 Coveted Prize seems pretty good party pay off and casting either the Cloak and Dagger or the Obsidian Battle-Axe off the top would be pretty fun. I dislike the Irregular Cohort, but I might add the Mage's Attendant back in just for being half a party in a can, and my current list is waayyy to heavily leaning to clerics. So I'm also considering picking up Resplendent Marshal, Dragonscale General, God-Eternal Oketra, a Disciple of Bolas and I think a Nullpriest of Oblivion is a automatic inclusion for the deck. Ya know outside of obvious generic stuff I will want to pick up like Godless Shrine and Marsh Flats.

Looking at the selection of cards you mentioned, I'm assuming you're talking commander?

Phyrexian Delver is a great reanimator creature.

A black creature that reanimates something on death seems hard to find. If tokens are fine, there's always Doomed Dissenter. Other cards that roughly meet your criteria are Nether Traitor, Nullpriest of Oblivion, Order of Midnight, Pitkeeper, Silversmote Ghoul, Undead Butler and Veinwitch Coven.

Suggestions ans thoughts regarding your development based on my games and changes so far so far:

Plaguecrafter I found it to be immensely useful against planeswalker-focused decks which I didn't really have an answer to before but is still perfectly fine as a mini sacrification forcer. I just got Graf Reaver from a booster, but I don't know if the targeted removal will do any better. I think not, mostly because most players habe three planeswalkers at most.

I also use Reassembling Skeleton to make my life easier while I haven't found Winding Canyons or Vedalken Orrery yet. Sacking it in loop for two mana a pop to force the enemies to sacrifice is much easier than to try and spare my creatures for the perfect moment. If no sacrifice pact is on the field, it still makes good use of excess mana.

Helm of Possession is also nice to get rid of opponents creatures, or just to pull in more sac fodder that isn't even ours. It's not as cheap as I'd like though and doesnt scale particularly well. I haven't tested how it plays but I think it could work out.

Mind Slash works as a supplememt to sadistic hypnotist and replaced grief for me. I didn't like grief for its high recasting cost, so I put this in and throw cheap stuff at it.

Consider Library of Leng to make the effect of Mindslicer completely irrelevant to you. I saw that you removed the reliquary tower; I did the opposite and additonally play a Thought Vessel. Is there a reason you removed the tower? I think it has no downsides.

For the last part I currently run Nullpriest of Oblivion but consider replacing it with Doomed Necromancer. They're both cheap enough and I like to have yet another cog to protect Liesa (well, or get her back for cheap), as well as fetch stuff that went in the graveyard unprotected.

I really like the Tourach, Dread Cantor you put in, I think I'll get him as well. Not sure if I'm willing to pay the 25 bucks for the Stoneforge Mystic, it doesn't seem powerful enough to me. I also removed Alms Collector and didn't miss him so far.

Pestilent Spirit has the potential to be used and abused in so many ways. It just so happened to have the Menace aspect I was looking for. Thought I would throw in a potential board wipe scenario with it, see if it is viable. Nullpriest of Oblivion is interesting. I like the lifelink aspect to give you a couple extra hit points. It's Kicker ability can come in handy mid-late game. I almost play him like a cheap blocker with this deck. Most of the other Menace based creatures have more P/T attached to them innately. So this guy tends to just sit there and be a deterrent or a throw away blocker, plus life gain.
