A heavily modified version of the 2021 Elven Empire pre-con. I cut black, stuck Slurrk, All-Ingesting with Numa, Joraga Chieftain in the command zone, and leaned in to the +1/+1 counter theme.

Because of the change in commanders I'm running things like The Ozolith, Armorcraft Judge, Rishkar, Peema Renegade, etc. to take advantage of all the +1/+1 counters the deck can produce by sinking mana into Numa, Joraga Chieftain. Then, if my creatures get killed Slurrk, All-Ingesting will buff up my remaining creatures.

Overall it's a classic go wide elfball deck using Numa, Joraga Chieftain's ability as a finisher/way to get value. The mana sink in the command zone lets you take advantage of all that mana your elves are making.
