I'm just using this site as a platform to catalog my deck before I assemble it in paper, tips and suggestions are welcome.

The deck is just going to be a (hopefully) competitive deck that can stand up to stuff in my playgroup like Nekusar and Keranos, specifically because of the high concentration of red and blue. I'm looking more into a mix of goodstuff, combos and a heavy land base (with which to cycle and recur). Also transmuting and other discard effects are something I'm also looking into. I'm running a few combos with all of the sac outlets, using cards like Karmic Guide, Sun Titan and Saffi. There are also a couple other combos in the list including Telekinetic Bonds + Gilded Lotus, Deadeye Navigator + Cloud of Faeries, and also I can probably kill someone with blasting station.

The commanders are Kydele and Ravos solely for the fact that they work well with the heavy use of cycling in this deck. I could've gone 5-color but I just don't really feel like adding in a 5th color for Lightning Rift and some other stuff that would enable combos. Also, I just really wanted to use partners and this seems like the best combination.
