Keeper of the Accord is a catch-up mechanic. It stops working once you've caught up and can never put you ahead. When it is working, it's pretty low impact:
-
Only a single colour is capable of proper land ramp. Because of this, the vast majority of ramp in this format is in mana rocks. Unless you're against an entire table of fanatic Green mages, the most Keeper going to do is correct missed land drops. Getting more than one Plains in a turn cycle will be a rarity.
-
1/1 Soldiers look real silly against whatever threats are breathing down your neck. A single chump blocker against an opponent's board of superior numbers is meaningless.
I cut Land Tax as I was tired of waiting for an upkeep trigger for a land I wanted that turn. It also became a dead draw fairly quickly. I replaced it with Tithe for a while, but even that still had late-game issues. I now use Noble Templar as a supplement to Eternal Dragon. Drawing it late still gives me a body to hold Equipment and Sword of Light and Shadow can get additional Plains out of it.

Alright, I'm here to rectify the meiny of follies within this decklist.
Unto what I would ablate:
Shalai, Voice of Plenty is an illegal inclusion due to the colour identity rules, for she has Green therewithin.
Akrasan Squire does close to naught in all scenarios. It adds one power to the board, yet offers nothing else. An eath exclusion.
Seeing as that you commander provides indestructible, Terminus is a wrath that shall hit your board as well. Try Catastrophe, as the Armageddon tells me that you don't mind foredoing all lands.
Riot Control is inutile. I shan't say more. The very same is of Faerie Guidemother, for it just does nothing.
Sorcery-speed removal is just awful, and therefrom I would remove Revoke Existence.
Scaretiller is awful ramp, even when playing mono-White.
Wherefore do you run White Knight? 'Tis a potent card, but doesn't do much for this strategy.
Now, Eternal Dragon is a favourite of mine, yet it just finds a basic plains. Other than that, 'tis a seven-mana 5/5. Don't run this.
Acolyte's Reward is egregious, thence I would rede for its removal.
Why is Anafenza here? She is meant to go infinite, yet there isn't much to combo with here. Just murder it.
Suspicious Bookcase is rather perfidious, avaunt it should be snuffed for something else.
Wellway! Quite the multitude there, whereupon I have some recommendations.
Boon Reflection was just reprinted and thence it has quite the low price, for it does the same as Rhox Faithmender. Another is Alhammarret's Archive.
This is a slow deck, so try Ghostly Prison.
If you wish for other efficient life gain, Soul Warden and Soul's Attendant do much at a cheap cost.
Heliod's Intervention is fantastic removal and a splendid mana-sync, withal Abolish is an underrated favourite of mine.
Lyra Dawnbringer anthems much of your deck whiles Baneslayer Angel is a scarily efficient flyer.
Unto ramp:
Given the high mana curve, you'll need a lot of this. Marble Diamond, Mind Stone, and Arcane Signet are each two-mana, which is when you want to ramp, and do their job well. Solemn Simulacrum is okay but not great, yet Thran Dynamo does a most meritorious effect for an eight-mana commander.
Lastly, though not ramp, Generous Gift is universal and efficient removal as an instant.
That shall be all from me. Fare thee well.

Well tabernat I tried to keep as much as the precon as I could, but the upgrade was three-fold:
1/ Upgrade the mana basse
2/ Add cycling pay off cards
3/ Ability to draw cards during everyone’s turn
I kept Eternal Dragon because it was an « on flavor » way of having ramp/card advantage. I only use it for the Plainscycling to either get a basic plains or a dual land. Plus the cycling cost can be reduced to zero with Gavi, Nest Warden or even Fluctuator. Although I haven’t been able to test it much, heavy card draw is mandatory and ramp is lacking. I’d suggest adding more mana rocks and counter spells to protect your tokens and artifacts from wraths.

Hey, the list looks good to start off with. I would recommend building it more focused around New Perspectives by adding some tutors that can grab it. you might want to make it more focused on turning through your deck to get the combo kill rather than beating your opponents down with tokens. I would recommend that you look at edh rec for some ideas. I would recommend that you take out Anointed Procession, Improbable Alliance, Lightning Rift, Ominous Seas, Shark Typhoon, Zenith Flare, Windfall, Brallin, Skyshark Rider
Flip, Eternal Dragon, and Shabraz, the Skyshark
. In addition to tutors, you might want some more ramp, some better payoffs, Mulldrifter and Cloudblazer to synergize with your blink effects. I feel that most of the cards in the deck won't matter much because it is a rare thing that you will cast them, therefore you should try to keep the cost of cycling cheap in your deck. It's also okay if some of the cards with cycling are situational so the cards that have cycling can be chosen just by personal preference, play-style, and playgroup. I hope that this advice was helpful.

In making my Sygg, Tollfolk and Governor-Goddess Ephara Decks, I became very interested in turn-related effects, and that inspire this card, as well as Klothys, God of Destiny, who switches the way usually work, whereas most Gruul cards use green's might to accomplish red's free spirit, She uses Red's fury to express nature's law which green cares about.
Based on (Gerðr)[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ger%C3%B0r] in Kaldheim.
Khyrteh, Goddess of Polar Winter
Legendary Snow Creature - God
Protection from instants
You may cast Khyrteh, Goddess of Polar Winter
Whenever a player casts a spell at a time they couldn't cast a sorcery, that player loses 5 life.
At the beginning of your endstep, if you cast no spells this turn, search your library for a card, then shuffle your library and put that card on top of it and you gain 5 life.
2/10
This deck would use Eidolon of Rhetoric, Rule of Law, Curse of Exhaustion, Ethersworn Canonist, Oppression, Uba Mask, Tainted AEther, Desolation, Angelic Arbiter, Nullstone Gargoyle, and Painful Quandary effects to force my opponents to make difficult decisions. Bloodchief Ascension, Strionic Resonator, etc. would also give you more advantage from this ability.
Tax effects, like Thorn of Amethyst, Sphere of Resistance, Trinisphere, Lodestone Golem, Trinisphere, Nether Void, Glowrider, Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, Aura of Silence, Spelltithe Enforcer, Chancellor of the Annex and Feroz's Ban
Decree of Pain, Decree of Justice, Astral Drift, Death Pulse, Dirge of Dread, Eternal Dragon, Gempalm Avenger, Gempalm Polluter, Renewed Faith, Stir the Sands, Sunfire Balm and Abandoned Sarcophagus & Archfiend of Ifnir, also Oketra's Attendant, Undead Gladiator, Bloodsoaked Champion, Dread Wanderer, Nether Spirit, Nether Traitor, Reassembling Skeleton, Bloodghast, Angel of Sanctions,Anointer Priest, Sacred Cat, Dark Depths, Thespian's Stage, Shambling Vent, etc. to avoid 'casting' spells.
grand arbiter synergizes well... yeah...
I'm a stax player who got into the deck because of Death and Taxes, especially Mother of Runes, Thalia, Guardian of Thraben (Her printing got me into standard/formal play), Gaddock Teeg, and Iona, Shield of Emeria.
I really just made a card I wish existed...
I'd like to see another Kaldheim God!

I feel like some cards like Eternal Dragon may be useful for the deck since I can either discard him to the ability, return him to hand if I don’t have anything to do for the turn, or plains cycle him.

I'd like to see an Approach of the Second Sun since it wins you the game and Dragonlord Ojutai can easily dig for it. Also Baneslayer Angel , Eternal Dragon , and Serra Ascendant could all be cut for more board wipes and interaction (spot removals / counterspells). My final suggestions would be Smothering Tithe , and Mask of Memory / Rogue's Gloves . Anyway +1 from me cause I love Ojutai.
