Tried to create some budget Phenax. Feel free to give me any better card options. But keep it budget :)

My deck :)

My deck is based on milling my oponents and I got basicly just these wincons.

1. Completly mill out enemy deck and let them die when they draw a card
2. Slam somone with some huge-ass creature ( e.g. Consuming Aberration )
3. Jace, Wielder of Mysteries -> you can mill yourslef out and win. Definitely not reliable wincon, but it's nice to have more options

Even though my deck is pretty budget, it has some nasty combos :)

• Phenax, God of Deception + Any large creature (or wall -.-) Consuming Aberration, Sewer Nemesis and more...
• Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank makes infinite combo. You just mill their entire library or kill your oponent
• Sphinx's Tutelage OR Psychic Corrosion + Any draw spell Brainstorm, Into the Story and more...
• Phenax, God of Deception + Eater of the Dead pretty OP combo...
• Syr Konrad, the Grim + Crypt Incursion is kinda op againts creature decks

Thoughts and experiences

• After first few games I found out, that my deck need 2 things. Draw and counterspells. So I subbed some walls.
• I subbed even more walls and made my deck less commader oriented, which means I can mill my opponents even when they shut down my Phenax, God of Deception. Phenax, God of Deception + Creature synergy is now just one of the options, not the primary strategy. My Deck now feels much more fun...

My playgroup

My playgroup is made of pretty expirienced players. Most of my friends got expensive decks so sometimes is kinda hard to play againts them with my budget deck, but most of the times I am doing just fine. There are 7 friends in my playgroup and some of them got more commander decks. These are the decks, that are most interestring:

• Queen Marchesa control... So fun commander to play against
• Animar, Soul of Elements creature combo
• Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger discard deck
• Niv-Mizzet, Parun control
• Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath land combo
• Zurgo Bellstriker aggro
