Well keeping in fashion of my favourite archetype being Death and Taxes/Hatebears fashion I felt it necessary to make a Shell EDH deck revolving around not allowing players to do anything without paying for it or getting punished for it whilst I generate a lot of mana and make large dorky creatures that kill people quite quickly. Using Elf Ramp seems like the logical choice here to help with Landstill type effects. Also running a lot of untap abilities to infinite ramp into a Selvala making them draw their entire library kill or something similar like Hurricane kill.
