Although it will always be Auntie's Boggart horde in my heart, with Grenzo at the helm it runs much better. Auntie & Grenzo

Utilize the goblin horde to crush your opponents with raw numbers or intricate combos that feed off your creature token army. Goblins are the basic resource that makes this entire machine work, and Grenzo, Dungeon Warden just digs them up. Going aggro right out the gates to try and beat up your opponent is always an option, but don't fear if your board state grows huge and stalled out. There are things we can still use all those goblins for.

The entirety of the rest of the deck relies upon the inherent synergy goblins possess to present game ending scenarios. I will attempt to detail just a few-

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker & Zealous Conscripts means infinite creatures to attack with. Just target your own Conscripts with Kiki, and make a copy. When Conscripts shows up, us their trigger to target Kiki, which untaps him. Wash, rinse, repeat to make an infinite army of Conscripts.

Grenzo, Dungeon Warden + Phyrexian Altar can be a neat little trick for flipping goblins into play and sacrificing them to keep going deeper, Grenzo, Dungeon Warden + Mana Echoes can simply end the game. Each creature makes exponentially more mana until flipping your whole deck over is feasible, resulting in a number of kill conditions.

The more common version of the scenario is simply getting Grenzo, Dungeon Warden and Mana Echoes on the battlefield, after which simply casting a goblin or activating Grenzo, Dungeon Warden and hitting a goblin will begin a chain reaction of producing ever more mana for each goblin cast. Or in this case, for every goblin you flip off the bottom, you'll get more and more mana to spend for activation until you can basically take every creature out of your deck and onto the battlefield. At this point, there should hopefully be some capacity to win. At a minimum, Goblin Chieftain gives everything haste, so you can attack with your entire deck you just flopped into play.

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Lightning Crafter + Goblin Chirurgeon (or any other sacrifice outlet) = Infinite damage

After a turn or two, Krenko, Mob Boss + Purphoros, God of the Forge will kill everyone but you.

Tuktuk the Explorer + Goblin Welder + Goblin Chirurgeon = retrieve an any artifact from your graveyard at the cost of the artifact Tuktuk token.

(obviously you could replace Goblin Chirurgeon with Goblin Bombardment or Skirk Prospector insofar as your sacrifice outlet is concerned).

The idea is obviously to build up an enormous board state, which can make for tough EDH diplomacy as the swelling army of goblins looks anything but benign. This is what makes cards like Goblin Chirurgeon and Wort, Boggart Auntie so vital. They dissuade your opponents from trying to shoot down specific goblins, as you will regenerate / recur them. Goblins are basically forced to attack as best they can, and they don't have as much flexibility to defend unless you have way too many tokens. As such, the aforementioned cards make attacking or defending rather easy, as the detrimental cost is reduced by saving and replaying goblins.

Updates Add

Moved Wort, Boggart Auntie into the main board in favor of promoting Grenzo, Dungeon Warden to status of Commander. As such, some of the cards have changed to refocus synergy along these lines. A more forthcoming description is in the works.
