Rhys the Redeemed is he's brought with him an army. The elves have emerged from their forest to take on any foe that dares oppose them. They will march forward in what can be compared to an Anointed Procession, or even a Cathars' Crusade; but beware the Craterhoof Behemoth that follows closely behind! For if you don't, I'm afraid that it will be a Triumph of the Hordes. Rhys the Redeemed has already recruited many warriors to his cause, some even being among Dwynen's Elite. He has plans to recruit even more to his cause, he plans to hold an Elvish Promenade to boost moral and bring more to him. The recent Doubling Season has caused a Second Harvest as well, giving him enough food to boost his army limitlessly. The recent Sandwurm Convergence has also caused the flying beasts to flee, and he even somehow managed to harness the Wurms as war machines.

I've always wanted to do an elf tribal deck, but I didn't want to go the classic mono-green rout. This made Rhys the Redeemed seem like the perfect choice. Basically the deck tries to make a bunch of tokens (mainly elves), boost them somehow, and just go wide. Just be prepared for boardwipes.
