This is just a deck I created for fun. It's purpose is pretty simple, be the guy who tampers with the game enough so that you don't die early on. The idea behind having so many boardwipes is indeed to use them, but also it holds a sort of political advantage over others without having to reveal what is in your hand. People will realize quickly that most of the time you're able to clear all of the creatures, so not only does this prevent them from placing an abundance of creatures on the field but it gives you a bargaining tool, "I might just let those utility creatures live, but if I see you attacking me..." In other words, you have to play this game of politics and come out ahead. I specifically chose not to include Counterspells because they're not as fun all around and if you counter one thing the next will almost surely have to be countered so I chose not to go that Route

Well, how you win is fairly simple, you're not going to be doing a whole lot of damage normally until mid-late game depending on what you get in your hand, an early Reanimateion is certainly powerful if you can get it off, but realistically your early turns are that of mana ramping hopefully and getting yourself set up.

Eventually, through cards like Careful Study, Hapless Researcher and that sort of thing you'll of put one or two artifact creatures in the graveyard so that you can Reanimate them with Sharuum the Hegemon to create a quick board with two large creatures.

The point of this deck is obviously to deal with the opponents' creatures and then when they don't have a whole lot left, bring in your very large creatures and do some damage. I didn't want anything too crazy because on a budget you can't afford it, nor do you want to get focused, you're trying for the opposite.
