Goal of the deck is to use repeated land sacrifice to generate huge amounts of mana/creatures/counters/draws for either lethal commander damage and/or use of fling to overwhelm opponents within few turns.

Notable syngeries:

Aggressive mining is absolutely amazing, can draw 3 cards per land with Korvold or 4 with Korvold and Gitrog.

Sacrificing lands to cast big spells leaves you open to counterspells, so autumn's veil, pyroblast, rhythm of the wild are needed when facing blue.

Valakut Exploration is an amazingly cheap landfall card. Absolutely crazy how much damage this can do per game.

Contamination with squandered resources locks out opponents not playing black.

Hitting a creature generator (ie - titania, dragon broodmother, tana, omnath) will give you some crazy board states. Use pennon blade as a finisher or fling lol.
