Orazca Frillback
Creature — Dinosaur

I would suggest cutting some of the one offs and focusing on a few key dinos. Frenzied Raptor might be a good cut, along with Raptor Companion and Orazca Frillback. I also noticed a lack of ramp, if you are going to go very agro, especially with big threats like Colossal Dreadmaw and Charging Monstrosaur you are going to want to bring those down ahead of the curve. Grow from the Ashes would be a great addition.

True that. For the best decks, you gotta pony up. Oh, the eternal struggle of a magic player.
I took a look at all the Green/White creatures in Standard atm, and this is the list of creatures I would consider for a Dinosaur deck in these colors:
Imperial Lancer
Kinjalli's Caller
Priest of the Wakening Sun
Cherished Hatchling
Drover of the Mighty
Raptor Companion
Atzocan Seer
Deathgorge Scavenger
Kinjalli's Sunwing
Orazca Frillback
Ranging Raptors
Ravenous Daggertooth
Renegade Rallier
Rhonas the Indomitable
Territorial Hammerskull
Thrashing Brontodon
Knight of the Stampede
Ripjaw Raptor
Territorial Allosaurus
Crested Herdcaller
Snapping Sailback
Temple Altisaur
Trapjaw Tyrant
Carnage Tyrant
Goring Ceratops
Wakening Sun's Avatar
Zetalpa, Primal Dawn
Ghalta, Primal Hunger
I would consider maybe focusing on the lower CMC Dinos to populate the majority of the deck and have Wakening Sun's Avatar as a finisher. Your curve is a little wonky, and you'll want to smooth it out a tad.

You need to be playing 4x Blossoming Defense if your mono green as its your best protection and drop the Plummet to the sideboard.
I see what you're trying to do with the Orazca Frillback however i think i would more prefer to see more x4 of in the deck, so, -3 Orazca Frillback, +1 Jadelight Ranger, +1 Greenbelt Rampager, +1 Narnam Renegade, +1 Drover of the Mighty.
Finally 19 lands seems too little, you need to play more than this, even with a few ramp cards, I would go up to x4 Commune with Dinosaurs and x3 Hashep Oasis which will also allow for a reasonable pump. You could remove the vehicles to make this happen.
Sorry if this seems like a lot of changes, however the deck looks solid but a fundamental part of magic is maximizing the amount you draw the keys cards, and some numbers definitely need to change.

A couple of recommendations from someone who has placed highly at FNMs with a RG Dinosaur deck. These suggestions depend on your budget, of course, so I'll include some budget options in this list:
Carnage Tyrant. This card is insanely good in dinosaur decks, and only dies to board wipes, Doomfall, and being blocked by things as strong as it.
Ghalta, Primal Hunger is great as a late-game creature, and if you can get it out earlier, it's even better. Can die to good removal, however, so maybe just a 1 or 2 of.
Regisaur Alpha is a great card, and could easily be played as a 4-of. Gives Carnage Tyrant and Ghalta, Primal Hunger haste, which can be deadly.
Savage Stomp is great removal that helps get enrage triggers from your creatures and kill off things you don't like.
Abrade is just good removal, you could take it or leave it if you really want to dedicate yourself to the dinosaur theme.
Drover of the Mighty is an amazing investment that can help you cast your dinosaurs early game and attack as a 3/3 late game. You already have 3, but I'd suggest even going up to 4.
Otepec Huntmaster is another way to get your dinosaurs out fast, and can give your big guys haste.
Add more Ranging Raptors and Reckless Rage. Thank me later.
As for cuts, I'd recommend getting rid of Pounce, Knight of the Stampede, Grazing Whiptail, Orazca Frillback, Colossal Dreadmaw, Silverclad Ferocidons, Sun-Collared Raptor, Plummet, and Crash the Ramparts.
I hope this was helpful!

I personally don't bother with the boarding feature of tappedout - my tappedout lists are the ideal version of each deck that I can trade towards.
There quite a few cards that don't really synergize that can be cut: Ixalli's Keeper, Jaddi Offshoot, Jadecraft Artisan, Howl of the Horde, Profound Journey, Sigil of the Empty Throne, Prismatic Strands, Darksteel Pendant, Scroll of the Masters. You don't need spells to pump up your dinosaurs as they're already plenty big: Buccaneer's Bravado, Giant Growth, Crash the Ramparts. Some weak dinosaurs can be cut: Orazca Frillback, Raptor Companion. My thinking is that you don't need the weaker cheap creatures if you spend your early turns ramping so that you can start playing scary dinosaurs from turn 4.
My ideal version of a Gishath deck would be something like: 37 land, 3 mana rocks, 11(!) mana ramp spells, 10 answer spells (removal, board wipes), 4 protection spells (mainly stuff that can keep Gishath safe like Lightning Greaves), 30 dinosaurs, 5 non-dinosaurs that synergize well with the dinosaurs (e.g. Forerunner of the Empire).
Guyvas on Zacama EDH deck

This is my first time building an EDH deck and I was curious what could be improved.
7 Mountains
8 Forests
8 Plains
I want to add in a boardwipe like Wrath of God or Planar Cleansing and switch something out for Wakening Sun's Avatar and then I don't have Command Tower or Reliquary Tower in and don't know if they're "required".
