Dud cards: Conclave Guildmage Conclave's Blessing Rallying Roar + a lot of the convoke cards
Why is Katilda, Dawnhart Prime in the deck?
I've seen Outlaws' Merriment flop a lot in Alex's deck
Consider conspire cards like Gleeful Sabotage and Wort, the Raidmother
Have you considered Plargg, Dean of Chaos Flip Augusta would ball in this deck?
I always suggest a little bit of creature sacrifice in a deck like this. Here's some suggestions: Perilous Forays Martyr's Cause Goblin Bombardment Fanatical Devotion Evolutionary Leap Tooth and Claw Makeshift Munitions Barrage of Expendables. When you swing out, shit's gonna get killed so it's nice to make the most of your creatures. Plus these cards do great against board wipes.
Consider these land sacrifice cards: Sylvan Safekeeper Squirrel Wrangler Goblin Trenches Constant Mists Aura Fracture
Also consider adding anthems to drive the win home if you think you will struggle with winning.
Prosperous Partnership slaps and I suggest you reconsider it.
Additional card suggestions: Neyali, Suns' Vanguard Roar of Resistance Arasta of the Endless Web Intangible Virtue Divine Visitation Inspiring Leader Legion Loyalty

Howdy! Gishath is a fun choice for dinosaur tribal, can't go too wrong!
In terms of general advice for cuts, I'd try to evaluate the cards in terms of if it wins the game or furthers your gameplan for the deck. For example, in your current decklist, Slayer's Cleaver doesn't seem to gel with either your ramp or dino matters themes, and it strikes me as a dead draw.
Also, while cool, Morophon, the Boundless unfortunately has the color identity of all 5 colors, so you can't "legally" run it with your current commander.
All in all though, I'd recommend focusing on cards that you enjoy playing, even if it's not "optimal!"
So with that out of the way, here are some cards I'd recommend cutting hahaha XD Frilled Deathspitter Thrash of Raptors Territorial Hammerskull Ravenous Daggertooth Frenzied Raptor Bonded Horncrest Rallying Roar Huatli's Spurring Slayer's Cleaver Overgrowth (There are cheaper cmc options that will both ramp AND color fix for you), Strength of the Pack .
Those are all cards that strike me as cool, but maybe worth cutting.
As for suggestions, Ikoria brought about a LOT of cool dinosaurs! Quartzwood Crasher can put in some work! I'd play Titanoth Rex over Ancient Brontodon as you can still cycle it for less mana, both are just big dumb creatures! It would take some cuts, but I've seen some people run Kaheera, the Orphanguard as a companion for your commander, so that could help you make some cuts as well? And for flavor Zilortha, Strength Incarnate is a flavor win!
I'd also recommend Kinjalli's Sunwing . It's a "hate dinosaur" that has evasion and can stall opponents enough that you can summon your big boy dinosaur! Speaking of, Apex Altisaur and Zacama, Primal Calamity are the biggest.
The thing I'd probably recommend adding over anything is Pyrohemia . It's a board wipe in a pinch (something that is needed to get to late game) and allows for some cheeky interactions that can be frustrating to deal with. It turns Siegehorn Ceratops Snapping Sailback and Bellowing Aegisaur into creatures that keep getting bigger or pump your entire team all while clearing the board for bigger attacks. Not to mention it also is a handy source for one ping damage for enrage triggers.
Hope these suggestions help! Happy hunting!

I still think Ledev Champion is the best engine for cranking out Emmara, Soul of the Accord tokens, but I never even considered using her to crew vehicles. Crew the Dreadnaught with Emmara, create a token, crew the Schooner, repeat. I definitely think Rallying Roar would put you over the top with this fun idea. Create tokens, crew, and convoke your heart out only to untap everything, pump it, and then swing?

I had a similar idea to this, I would love to know how this works if you play it in tournaments. My idea was to use Rallying Roar after I convoked or crewed to untap all the tokens I created and swing with them.

Vona, Butcher of Magan is straight up better than Aryel, Knight of Windgrace, as 7 life is way easier to come by than the 6 creatures you would need to tap to kill...say, a Doom Whisperer. the way Aryel, Knight of Windgrace works also leaves you vulnerable unless you have lots of creatures on the field that can block even if you tap half your creatures to kill something. 2for1 cards like History of Benalia, Assure / Assemble, Call the Cavalry, Gallant Cavalry and other cards that create more than 1 knight would help if your idea behind this card is to use both abilities. since you are doing a black/white knight theme Knight of Grace and Knight of Malice are a must since they are probably the strongest 2 mana creatures out there if you play these colors. the name of the game is lots of creatures. you can also play a few copies of something like Rallying Roar, which allows you to use one of his abilities again. if you do stick with 2 colors Josu Vess, Lich Knight might be interesting. you can play non-knight creatures too if you really want, but then you may want to add something that can make them knights like Sigiled Sword of Valeron or Dub.
The other way you can go is to add red or green, as is splash-able, so you can go 3 colors. in green you get lots of tokens and stuff like Knight of Autumn, which is probably my favorite card in the set. in red you get mentor. i havent played around with mentor too much so i wouldnt know anything about that. red is by far my least favorite color, so i tend to only keep enough knowledge to beat them, not to play them.
the thing is though, Aryel, Knight of Windgrace is only good if you build your entire deck around it, and im not convinced he is good enough to do that.

Second Update
Main Board

SideBoard
removed:
x3 Prey Upon
x3 Rallying Roar
Added:
x3 Settle the Wreckage
Recognized that the deck's primary weaknesses were board wipe and blue counter control. Prowling Serpopard is a great counter to the blue control decks along with Carnage Tyrant. Settle the Wreckage helps deal with other green midrange decks, token decks, and aggro decks like Boros. Added Beast Whisperer to help against board wipes and games that go long so we don't find ourselves top decking every turn. Heroic Intervention replaces Assure / Assemble as Heroic Intervention is better than every way as we will not be using the assemble option very often as our Nullhide Ferox makes it difficult to afford.
