Aight, so here's some pauper tribal stuff you're missing out on.
Dinosaurs: Commune with Dinosaurs, Kinjalli's Caller, Pterodon Knight, Stampeding Horncrest, Sun-Crested Pterodon, Thrash of Raptors, and Knight of the Stampede.
Giants: Crush Underfoot, Elvish Handservant, Kithkin Greatheart, and Stinkdrinker Daredevil
Faeries: Spellstutter Sprite, Thieving Sprite, Faerie Trickery, Silvergill Douser, Boggart Sprite-Chaser, Violet Pall, and Latchkey Faerie
Wizards: Information Dealer, Ixidor's Will, Lavamancer's Skill, Stonybrook Banneret, Step Through, and Vedalken AEthermage
Warriors: Brighthearth Banneret, Expedition Champion, and Herald of Dromoka
Pirates: Buccaneer's Bravado, Fiery Cannonade, Headstrong Brute, and Sea Legs
Allies: Akoum Battlesinger, Bojuka Brigand, Graypelt Hunter, Halimar Excavator, Highland Berserker, Joraga Bard, Kalastria Healer, Makindi Patrol, Makindi Shieldmate, Nimana Sell-Sword, Ondu Champion, Oran-Rief Survivalist, Spawnbinder Mage, Tajuru Beastmaster, Tuktuk Grunts, Umara Raptor, and Zada's Commando
Also btw would you count the party mechanic from Zendikar Rising as semi-tribal support or nah?
Also you're missing Rogue and Elemental support, but some of said support overlaps with other tribes like Faeries, Goblins, and Warriors.
Also I'm leaving out Merfolk, Zombies, and Goblins cuz those are just a whole ass can of worms.

Rally the Ancestors is on-theme, while Zulaport Cutthroat/Kalastria Healer enables an aristocrats theme.
This lets you lower the overall CMC of the deck- in modern playing more creatures quickly is basically mandatory unless you are packing a lot of powerful disruption.
Skipping that, lets look at flat upgrades and options from modern. Unearth is better than raise dead. Honor of the Pure will almost always be better as another ally creature. Ordeal of Heliod is cute lifegain, but since most lifegain is intended for burn, it getting countered by a Searing Blaze hurts bad. Ondu Cleric will perform its role excellently.
Drana, Liberator of Malakir is the most efficient ally 'lord', even if they aren't a lord. Flying is super relevant too. Still, it being good makes it expensive.
Past that, naming ally for tribal lands is good. Unclaimed Territory and fixing like Beastcaller Savant gives access to the rest of the cheaper allies and will be the most efficient way to spend your budget- Jwari Shapeshifter and Oran-Rief Survivalist will go a long way to taking it from 'casual funstuff' to 'strong casual stuff'.

Hi everyone, ive always wanted to build the Humans deck but, as you know, its very expensive so i came out with differents variations of this deck but they never convinced me. Finally i came out with this variation that is, i think better tha the others, or at least more interesting. This is part of it:
//Creatures
//Spells
https://deckstats.net/decks/128240/1332493-allies-of-humans
As you can see, i just changed 3 cards. Noble Heriarch >> Harabaz Druid . Thalia, Guardian of Thraben >> Kazandu Blademaster . And Meddling Mage >> Nevermore / Runed Halo .
The thing is that i dont know if its good enough to start. Im still searching for a substitude for Phantasmal Image , cuz here were i live its at least 15 euros each one. I dont know if i should go with only two or three Aether Vial , cuz its expensive too. Lands are another problem, Cavern of souls its really really expensive so i need a substitude. i guess ill go with Ancient Ziggurat and Unclaimed Territory but i dont know which other lands should i take.
This is my maybeboard: Kabira Evangel , Ondu Cleric , Oran-Rief Survivalist & Hardened Scales .
Thanks!!!
Dorotheus on Degenerate Allies (SOME turn 3 kills listed)

I only recently took out Shapeshifter, it was too cute. The best it does is copy Battlesinger anything else could just be another Oran-Rief Survivalist-clone anyway. To keep it more consistent I'm actually trying to do Collected Company now so no Shapeshifter for now. I'd MUCH prefer to try Phantasmal Image over it giving weird play against things like Reality Smasher.
Mimic is good in a deck with ONLY the one type or as a combo piece at least. Mimic entering as an Ally missing triggers on Champion and Lt. or putting it as a Human makes the allies not trigger, at least right now the only thing that "whiffs" triggers is Champion of the Parish coming in after an ally, and that feels bad enough.
These are all ideas for potential different decks and build and aren't bad cards, but maximizing t3 kills is my goal with this for now.
The only long-term change that would be nice to make is to get 3 more Horizon Canopy in this build.

A lot of the cards weren't even spelt correctly.

ah very nice, i can get down with a good shuffle! your general being an elf helps a lot as well and you are running a little ally synergy, i personally would push elv's farther to be able to abuse your general as much as possible it would open you up to Elvish Vanguard and Presence of Gond which with your general could be a power house on its own, maybe even Priest of Titania in place of cards likeOran-Rief Survivalist,Graypelt Hunter and Jungle Delver those i think might not get you as much value or at the very least be slower to build
Imperious Perfect Pauper EDH this is an elf deck i have maybe not fully up to date but if your interested in pushing elv's it could offer some inspiration!

For me the tribe that comes to mind is Allies.
There's a Hardened Scales idea brewing for Naya in my head.
Start with Hada Freeblade, Kazandu Blademaster and Oran-Rief Survivalist.
Then add Akoum Battlesinger, Reckless Bushwhacker and Metallic Mimic.
The support it with Path to Exile, Atarka's Command and Lightning Bolt.
(Boros Charm or Blossoming Defense if you need them.)
Synergizes well with sideboard cards like Scavenging Ooze

I think the deck tries to do too many things: big creatures, milling, and control. If you prefer to focus more on control and milling, I'd remove either Graypelt Hunter or Oran-Rief Survivalist since they do the same. I'd also remove Diminish since you have fogs and many boomerang efects.
However I think milling only with the excavator (+ copies) and a few spells is not very reliable, so another option is just removing milling from the equation. Halimar Excavator + Traumatize + Jace's Erasure is already 8 cards, so just one more and you'll have 60.
Of course, last option I see is removing all the blue control, and focus on having a more aggressive build with lots of allies, along with some blue milling spells: winning via creature damage would be the main goal, and milling an alternative in case the game stalls. Adding white as a third color would help a lot here, since it gives you access to some good aggresive allies like Talus Paladin, Hada Freeblade, Kazandu Blademaster, Lantern Scout and Veteran Warleader, and also to some very good removal.
In any case, if you want to keep the deck as similar as possible to what you have now, first things I would get rid of are 2x Diminish, 2x Unsummon since they are a bit weak. And if you find some more dual lands, I think you can stick to 20 since your curve is not high.
