I mean this is great. I love this non-mill pseudo-mill plan. Particularly Forced Fruition. I don't understand the inclusion of the seals? But if you're looking for enchantment triggers in blue, you've got Shimmering Wings. You probably want some more graveyard disruption as well, like Farewell or Honor the Fallen or Relic of Progenitus or Rest in Peace or Silent Gravestone
I also really like Gerrard's Hourglass Pendant in this deck since you self mill.

Gift of Immortality is a better False Demise but I would recommend running both to circumvent commander tax.

Attunement is kind of a repeatable filter engine. I think the deck would operate quite well with a Mesmeric Orb also fueling the grave, and then take advantage of the low creature presence with cards like Honor the Fallen for graveyard hate.

Sram, Senior Artificer, Mesa Enchantress, and Kor Spiritdancer would be great includes to always keep you hand topped up.

Nomad Mythmaker and Retether are great grave recursion plans that don't include your commander or Replenish and it's absurd price tag..

For Deflecting Palm, you can just switch it with another nice aoe/utility you could tutorize through Sunforger. Here are a bunch of possibilities : Teferi's Protection , Volcanic Fallout, Skred (if you opt for the snow-covered lands), Sulfurous Blast, Magma Jet, etc.

If you want something which ''looks like'' Deflecting Palm, you can always try out Divine Deflection. It's certainly a bit better there because you can, with a lot of mana, prevent the damages from all spells you're gonna cast this turn, and burn everyone. I'm not convinced though. It's pretty much a meh card.

That said, I think you could find a home for Sivvi's Valor in your deck, as you were seeking for ways to protect your commander. The loss of life doesn't really matter considering the absurd amount of lifegain you have.

Tithe is also an incredible card, if you manage to find the place for it.

Honor the Fallen is an interesting graveyard hate card, and it works pretty well with your strategy (lifegain) and the Sunforger.

Sunscorch Regent fits well here, and can become quite a big beater.

I think Exsanguinate or Debt to the Deathless are better than your Tempt spell.

You can use some graveyard hate. Bojuka Bog is the easiest, and Agent of Erebos has chances to hit multiple times with your enchantments. For gy hate that gains life:Crypt Incursion/Honor the Fallen/Suffer the Past

I'd also look at one more token generator. Sacred Mesa is good, and if you can hit the lifegain enough there is Angelic Accord.

anything with extort that's at least a little good. Basilica Screecher, Kingpin's Pet, Treasury Thrull, Thrull Parasite or Pontiff of Blight

Battlegrace Angel possibly not good enough

Blood Artist or Falkenrath Noble

Bloodbond Vampire for a back up karlov. this is iffy

Chant of Vitu-Ghazi, remember to block then tap for convoke.

Contemplation, combo off!

Disciple of Griselbrand, or Disciple of Bolas let you convert a big karlov to something else

Honor the Fallen - on theme graveyard hate that's also a combat trick

Mastery of the Unseen this needs a lot of mana to be great, but maybe you'll get some good use out of it. It's kinda iffy though

Patron of the Kitsune and Righteous Cause are VIP's with karlov

Resplendent Mentor this could be an all star if you go heavy white

Royal Herbalist combat tricks for karlov

Use all the life you gain for benefits, like card draw! Ambition's Cost, Ancient Craving, Graveborn Muse, Night's Whisper, Ob Nixilis Reignited, Phyrexian Arena, Read the Bones, Dark Tutelage, Underworld Connections

or recursion Phyrexian Reclamation

budget cuts might include, Ajani Goldmane, Lightning Greaves (this might be Swiftfoot Boots), Angelic Chorus

Some possible cuts

Rupture Spire, Shimmering Grotto, Transguild Promenade - two color decks don't need to slow down this much for mana fixing

Sacred Cat dosen't seem strong enough for commander

Bond of Agony seems bad, maybe Exsanguinate

Orzhov Charm What mode are you adding this for?

Doom Blade could be Go for the Throat if your meta/budget allows for it

Darksteel Ingot, Orzhov Cluestone, Orzhov Keyrune could be cut for a 2 mana rock, Fellwar Stone, Mind Stone, Star Compass. Maybe one of those

Blind Hunter, Blood Tithe, Agent of Masks, Certain Death don't seem strong enough
