Decks looks fine, but... Isn't it would be stronger if there was more cards that generates more life gain triggers?
For example, Marble Chalice, Ephara's Radiance, Silent Attendant and many other cards make only 1 life gain trigger in a circle (from your turn to your next turn).
But cards like Royal Herbalist, Leonin Elder or Confessor would generate much more.There is also better to rid off augmenting cards like Ethereal Armor. Because it easier to gain life 3-4 times, then to attack with a creature and deal damage (still only to one opponent).

Well, in my opinion, there is better way to change whole tactics. More lifelink augments + creatures with more then one trigger in a circle would be more effectively.
Fencing Ace or Cuombajj Witches + Squire's Devotion can heal you twice each turn.There is also a way to add two triggers in a circle to make tokens Queen's Commission and protect them with evasion or enchantments like Lumithread Field or Parapet

anything with extort that's at least a little good. Basilica Screecher, Kingpin's Pet, Treasury Thrull, Thrull Parasite or Pontiff of Blight

Battlegrace Angel possibly not good enough

Blood Artist or Falkenrath Noble

Bloodbond Vampire for a back up karlov. this is iffy

Chant of Vitu-Ghazi, remember to block then tap for convoke.

Contemplation, combo off!

Disciple of Griselbrand, or Disciple of Bolas let you convert a big karlov to something else

Honor the Fallen - on theme graveyard hate that's also a combat trick

Mastery of the Unseen this needs a lot of mana to be great, but maybe you'll get some good use out of it. It's kinda iffy though

Patron of the Kitsune and Righteous Cause are VIP's with karlov

Resplendent Mentor this could be an all star if you go heavy white

or recursion Phyrexian Reclamation

budget cuts might include, Ajani Goldmane, Lightning Greaves (this might be Swiftfoot Boots), Angelic Chorus

Some possible cuts

Rupture Spire, Shimmering Grotto, Transguild Promenade - two color decks don't need to slow down this much for mana fixing

Sacred Cat dosen't seem strong enough for commander

Bond of Agony seems bad, maybe Exsanguinate

Orzhov Charm What mode are you adding this for?

Doom Blade could be Go for the Throat if your meta/budget allows for it

Darksteel Ingot, Orzhov Cluestone, Orzhov Keyrune could be cut for a 2 mana rock, Fellwar Stone, Mind Stone, Star Compass. Maybe one of those

Blind Hunter, Blood Tithe, Agent of Masks, Certain Death don't seem strong enough

@ DemonDragonJ - Understandable about not having Aurelia's Command resemble Boros Charm too much. Still I think the 1st and 4th abilities as below are perfect. This one is pretty tricky but here's some info to help you decide. (I promise there aren't wall of texts hiding under the spoilers!)

Abilities: Show

• Tutor up a land if an opponent has more. Example: Weathered Wayfarer
• Protection grants
• Lifegain grants
• Double Strike
• Creature Tokens (Raise the Alarm / Lingering Souls)
• Exile of the opponent's stuff
• Exile of contents of your own deck! (Very unexplored, see Sacred Guide, Royal Herbalist, Seasoned Tactician, or the newest one, Endless Horizons)
• Damage Prevention/Redirection (White can do this without R)

Abilities Show

:
- +X/+X until end of turn
- Damage (To similar to Aurelia's Command / Boros Charm) - Make tokens (Krenko's Command, Dragon Fodder, Hordeling Outburst, Mogg War Marshal, several cards that make dragon tokens etc.)
- Double Strike
- Exiling top cards to be able to cast them (Abbot of Keral Keep, Act on Impulse, Chandra, Pyromaster, Commune with Lava, Ire Shaman, Dream Pillager, Outpost Siege, Prophetic Flamespeaker)

Most Unique effects Show

• Exiling your own stuff from the deck (&).
• Destroying non basics ( Only).
• Tapping down all the opponents things ( Only (secondary to ).
• Tutoring up lands when behind ( Only).
• Double Strike (&).

Aurelia's Command, All Unique abilities Show

• Destroy target nonbasic land. ( Only)
• Exile the top 3 cards of your library. You may play them until the beginning of your next end step. ( Only)
• If an opponent controls more lands then you search your library for two basic lands and put them into your hand. ( Only)
• Tap all creatures your opponent's control. ( Only)

Aurelia's Command, 2 Unique + 1 Shared + 1 Combined Show

• Destroy target nonbasic land. ( Only)
• Destroy target artifact or enchantment. (Sort of shared)
• Lightning Helix but for just 2 and 2 (Both colors on one ability)
• Tap all creatures your opponent's control. ( Only)

Aurelia's Command, 2 Unique + 2 Shared Show

• Destroy target nonbasic land. ( Only)
• Destroy target artifact or enchantment. (Sort of shared)
• (One of these) Doublestrike
• Tap all creatures your opponent's control. ( Only)

You do have the opportunity here to sort of combine spells like Act on Impulse or Outpost Siege with Endless Horizons. If not for this Command keep it in mind for your future endeavors.
