Equestrian Skill
Enchantment — Aura
Enchant creature
Enchanted creature gets +3/+3.
As long as enchanted creature is a Human, it has trample.

Thanks for your comment! The deck has definitely evolved a bit and I've ended up using less Human-specific cards since the first iteration (Armadillo Cloak was originally Equestrian Skill and Marshaling Cry was Bladed Bracers).
Cavalry Pegasus seems interesting, but I'm not switching out my Standard Bearers for anything. My meta is dominated by removal-heavy black decks, so I need the protection, plus there's a W/B Bogles deck that I can prevent them from playing on their own creatures.

I think those will do quite nicely. @Boza, maybe you should consider reposting to the forums to get more interest.

I'd imagine Strength of Arms is largely in to flip Lone Rider Flip, but the Blossoming Defense's are better and should be enough to do the job.
This deck has good human synergy, but the mana curve is a bit high. I'd drop Equestrian Skill, Hope Against Hope, Slayer's Plate and a couple of Thalia's Lancers for more low cost humans that can replace themselves, like Thraben Inspector and Duskwatch Recruiter Flip.
Having more, but cheaper creatures will make Always Watching and Heron's Grace Champion more effective.
I think this deck could also benefit from some targeted removal spells.

Depending on how you want to approach the deck and how much you want to polish a lot can be done to improve your deck. The biggest thing regardless of how competitive you want to take it is taking out cards that don't do anything but look good because they are efficient in standard or something. For instanceFaithbearer Paladin being played on turn 5 when everyone else is setting up a combo or cheating much bigger creatures into play looks pretty meek compared to them. Find cards that immediately seem to create an effect or such a strong effect it's worth it.
Cards I would take out...
Veteran Armorer, Timberland Guide, Primal Druid, Obsessive Skinner, Nightguard Patrol, Kessig Recluse, Intrepid Provisioner, Inspiring Captain, Hanweir Militia Captain Flip, Elder Cathar, Byway Courier, Ironwright's Cleansing, Equestrian Skill, Conclave's Blessing, Pollenbright Wings, Fists of Ironwood, True-Faith Censer, Crown of Convergence, Briarbridge Patrol, Grapple with the Past, Leave No Trace, Long Road Home, Wildsize. A lot of cards I know but here come some budget or more expensive replacements...
Expensive options(see if your playgroup is cool with proxies if money is an issue)
Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Containment Priest, Recruiter of the Guard, Akroma, Angel of Wrath, Gisela, the Broken Blade, Mirari's Wake, Sylvan Library, Earthcraft, Linvala, Keeper of Silence, Knight of the Reliquary, Aura Shards, Hero of Bladehold.
Cheap alternatives(though some may be annoying to find from others or stores)
Bruna, the Fading Light, , Mentor of the Meek, Silverblade Paladin, Somberwald Sage, Thalia's Lancers, Swords to Plowshares, Day of Judgment, Werebear, Mikaeus, the Lunarch, Mother of Runes, Riders of Gavony, Honor of the Pure, Intangible VirtueFiend Hunter, Goldnight Commander, , Knight of the White Orchid, Aegis of the Gods, Archetype of Courage, Deranged Outcast, Return to Dust, Angel of Jubilation, Tireless Tracker, Bastion Protector, Sun Titan.
Anyways my gawd what a long message hopefully this helps later!

First, there are 61 cards. I would try to get that to 60. :-) I would suggest dropping Equestrian Skill for Always Watching because it helps all of your creatures, not just one at a time. Instead of 4x Immolating Glare, I would suggest 2x Eerie Interlude as it is a way to save yourself from board wipes like Languish, Biting Rain, etc... Maybe only 2x Immolating Glare in favor of adding 2x Collective Effort, or sideboarding Immolating Glare altogether.
Frankly, I love Odric, Lunarch Marshal, but this is a bit too slow for the deck. I would suggest replacing with Expedition Envoy, a solid card for 1 mana in that you get 2 power. Also, Town Gossipmonger Flip is a solid choice to add, maybe in place of 2x Lone Rider Flip. Lone Rider Flip is great, but you don't have any way to ramp life so that you can flip it, so a 1/1 for 2 mana is not a good deal. I know, lifelink and all, but it's not enough and opponents will get rid of it ASAP so you need to flip it quickly. I get it-- couple it with Odric, but the chances are slim and Odric is slow to get out.
Crossroads Consecrator is a solid 1 drop for a 1/2 with a nice ability, and Thraben Standard Bearer is also a solid card that can enable madness (not much for your deck, but still an idea) and generate a 1/1 human token (triggering Thalia's Lieutenant!). To make room, I would reduce Hanweir Militia Captain Flip (one of my favorite cards, I might add!), to 2x, and also lose 1x Heron's Grace Champion, as well as the aforementioned 2x Odric, Lunarch Marshal.
Looks like a fun deck! Hope my comments are helpful. Enjoy!

Overall a very good deck. No suggestions but perhaps Equestrian Skill or possibly Hamlet Captain?

I'd consider adding Equestrian Skill to use on your Tireless Trackers once they start getting really big. I'd also look at getting a couple of Second Harvest.

It seems that this deck is more based around Tireless Tracker and its clue buffing, so I would suggest adding Erdwal Illuminator and Ongoing Investigation, helping with your clue gaining, having creatures on turn 2 and benefitting more from Essence Flux. I would say adding Ulvenwald Mysteries and Byway Courier for clues and Fork in the Road for getting lands. Also, I would suggest lowering the number of lands in you deck to 24 as well as your Equestrian Skill to 2 so you can add some more creatures. I hope this helps.
