I've just started working on a humans list too and I have found Lightning Mauler to be incredibly explosive in playtesting, especially when paired with Burning-Tree Emissary. Also I would definitely run a full playset of Champion of the Parish, Mayor of Avabruck Flip, and Thalia's Lieutenant. Thalia, Guardian of Thraben is also a great addition if you encounter combo players, and is also quite reasonable against burn. In order to make space for these additions I would probably cut the Crossroads Consecrators, Hanweir Militia Captain Flip, Veteran Warleader, Hanweir Garrison, as well as Elspeth, Sun's Champion and as Increasing Devotion they are far to expensive. Additionally, Experiment One or some other CMC 1 humans with 2 power are probably better than Thraben Standard Bearer.

HairyManBack, I love Tireless Tracker, but I'm not sure what to replace with it in the deck... Crossroads Consecrator then one of the 2 drops? I'm also a bit wary of the Tracker with no other clue source besides the Inspector.

I like the card selection and curve. Don't think Crossroads Consecrator is better than Thraben Inspector, however. If there's is geared for rotation (or not) Tireless Tracker is always just an excellent option as a 2x of or more.

First, there are 61 cards. I would try to get that to 60. :-) I would suggest dropping Equestrian Skill for Always Watching because it helps all of your creatures, not just one at a time. Instead of 4x Immolating Glare, I would suggest 2x Eerie Interlude as it is a way to save yourself from board wipes like Languish, Biting Rain, etc... Maybe only 2x Immolating Glare in favor of adding 2x Collective Effort, or sideboarding Immolating Glare altogether.
Frankly, I love Odric, Lunarch Marshal, but this is a bit too slow for the deck. I would suggest replacing with Expedition Envoy, a solid card for 1 mana in that you get 2 power. Also, Town Gossipmonger Flip is a solid choice to add, maybe in place of 2x Lone Rider Flip. Lone Rider Flip is great, but you don't have any way to ramp life so that you can flip it, so a 1/1 for 2 mana is not a good deal. I know, lifelink and all, but it's not enough and opponents will get rid of it ASAP so you need to flip it quickly. I get it-- couple it with Odric, but the chances are slim and Odric is slow to get out.
Crossroads Consecrator is a solid 1 drop for a 1/2 with a nice ability, and Thraben Standard Bearer is also a solid card that can enable madness (not much for your deck, but still an idea) and generate a 1/1 human token (triggering Thalia's Lieutenant!). To make room, I would reduce Hanweir Militia Captain Flip (one of my favorite cards, I might add!), to 2x, and also lose 1x Heron's Grace Champion, as well as the aforementioned 2x Odric, Lunarch Marshal.

I'm planning on replacing all 4 Crossroads Consecrator with 4 Norin the Wary and the 2 Hamlet Captain with 2 Thalia, Heretic Cathar.Thanks for the advice.

Norin the Wary would be a killer replacement for Crossroads Consecrator. He loooooves Thalia's Lieutenant, Champion of the Parish, and Champion of Lambholt
