The Deck of Lies is named such because the commander is Karona, False God but the REAL commander of this deck is the Deceiver of Form. It is a token based deck that works to flood the board with token creatures and use different anthem effects to boost them. That however is a secondary win condition if the primary proves impossible. The primary win condition is to use Deceiver of Form and different ways to search creatures to the top of the library thus making all tokens become copies of a creature that has a very good attack effect or legendary creature that has a beneficial death effect. Due to the possibility of Deceiver being killed or exiled killing the primary concept, multiple graveyard recursion and exile zone returning cards are also in the deck.

*Deceiver related win conditions and how they work**

Archangel of Thune - Each instance of life gain with the archangel's lifelink triggers a +1/+1 counter per archangel I have on the battlefield. A successful combat with 10 tokens becoming archangels would result in 100 +1/+1 counters being placed for example.

Biovisionary - The "win the game" affect triggers at the beginning of the end step, only need 4 tokens to make it to the end step to trigger this condition.

Brutal Hordechief - Each defending player loses 1 life per attacking creature per Hordechief I control.

Hellrider - Same as Hordechief but damage instead of life loss.

It That Betrays - My opponents lost a bunch of permanents, have a bunch of big creatures attacking, and I get a bunch of permanents. This one fits the theme the least I feel.

Kokusho, the Evening Star - All but one die to legend rule, each opponent loses 5 life per one that dies and I gain 5 life. If no one has gained life, 9 token means I win.

Omnath, Locus of Rage - All but one die to legend rule, they're all elementals and see eachother die. So X Omnaths see X-1 Omnaths die for X * (X-1) triggers of 3 damage.

Pathbreaker Ibex - When attacks are declared all Pathbreaker triggers go on the stack but resolve independently. First resolves sees Deceiver with highest power at 8. Second sees 16 now. Third sees 32, and so on. The final plus is 8 * 2^(x-1) where X is the number of attackers. This gets exponentially out of hand fast.

Sanctum Seeker - Each opponent loses X * X life when I attack where X is the number of attacking non Deceiver creatures.

Utvara Hellkite - When attacking I get X * X 6/6 Dragon creatures, where X is the number of attacking non Deceiver creatures.
