The idea behind this deck: Lets say you have a friend, we'll call him "Steve" (no reason), and Steve has the $$$ to make a devastating dragon tribal deck. This deck is meant to be an answer to that. Thus, while vulnerable in certain ways, it is meant to maximize the disadvantages to opponents with big creatures, as well as provide some protection from other big spells (such as the Circle of Protection enchantments).

It shouldn't be too difficult to ensure that all your opponents' creatures enter tapped, and all their creatures with power 3 or greater never untap. While several creatures in this deck have power 2 or less, most others have vigilance, and there are many ways to give all your creatures vigilance in this deck.

I could use some suggestions for cards that produce lots of tokens. Tajic, Blade of the Legion is great in that he's indestructible, but his second ability requires you to attack with two other creatures for him to get +5/+5. What is great is that the boost only lasts until the end of your turn, so his power will be back down to 2 and you will still be able to untap him on your turn. I also included several cards that double your damage. The main strategy here is to tap down or otherwise neutralize your opponents' big creatures then go for the win with commander damage. However, all of the pillow fort cards in this deck left little room for creatures, so a few cards that make tokens every turn and otherwise fit into this deck would be great to ensure Tajic gets his +5/+5. I do have Ajani's Chosen and Heliod, God of the Sun, but one or two more would be nice for the sake of redundancy.

I'm really happy with the low average cmc for this deck. Most cards are 1-4 cmc.

The price could be lower, but it may be worth paying a little extra just to hose your friend Steve's $700 dragon deck.
