An Arixmethes deck with a few ways to win:

1) One shot opponents with your commander via various methods such as numerous power doublers, unblockable granters, and/or infect damage from Triumph of the Hordes.

2) Generate infinite green mana via Freed from the Real and/or Pemmin's Aura to ping out all opponents with Walking Ballista or deck them with Blue Sun's Zenith. You also have infinite card draw from the infinite mana via Staff of Domination.

3) Win the long game with value from consistent card draw, cards like Praetor's Counsel, and the fact that your commander hits for 12

Lots of low drop spells make sure you can consistently turn Arixmethes into a creature when you want- you MAY remove a counter from it when you cast a spell, it's not mandatory.

A lot of the enchantress package from the precon has been left in mostly because consistent card draw helps this deck, and the constellation creatures from the precon do exactly what we need them to do for win condition number 1.

This is a unique and fun commander and I hope this gives some ideas for how to build it!
