A Phenax deck designed to steal cards from you opponent. Phenax is the commander to mill cards and fill your opponent's graveyard and late game win conditions. This deck is for people who enjoy playing around, but are not necessarily concerned about winning.

One important interaction in this deck is Cast Through Time and any instant or sorcery spell you cast from your opponents, as those cards will also gain rebound for you to cast. This ability doubles as allowing you to cast spells twice or exile a spell after casting it once.

Sadistic Sacrament can be used to eliminate combo pieces, or any original eldrazi titan or other card that shuffles back into the deck. However, one of the best uses in this deck is to remove Land from a deck so milling your opponent out with Consuming Aberration like affects is much faster and easier, as well making an Oblivion Sower cast ramp you by 10+ lands.
