Echoing Decay is a nice kind of massremoval. Especially in Mirrors. Chainer's Edict over Diabolic Edict for the Flashback. Crypt Incursion as a sideboard card. Street Wraith and/or Comparative Analysis for additional draw. Duress for Disruption, i think its better, tha your other disruption spells. Shrivel and Thorn of the Black Rose are decent sideboard cards. Maybe Dismal Backwater as a dualland. Archeomancer and Mana Leak are good blue cards, too.

I play Grixis Delver, maybe you find some new aspects: Grixis Delver

The trick would be to do something that forces your opponent to draw a card while the Kozilek trigger is still on the stack, while their library is still empty. Something like Comparative Analysis , Cephalid Broker , Cephalid Coliseum , etc.

I found a problem with recognising certain cards in inventory, thus it disables the possibility of adding them into collection.

Hello there! I don't see anything huge you're missing (other than lands), but I definitely think you should at least consider Sol Ring, Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, Eternal Witness, Mystical Tutor, Plasm Capture, Counterspell, and probably Blue Sun's Zenith and Stroke of Genius as well. If you're looking for cards to cut to make room for lands, I would start with the following. A lot of those cards are for what appears to be an Edric subtheme; I'd stick to just one plan, making a lot of mana and killing your opponents with it.

In any case, good luck! Feel free to let me know if you want some more suggestions!

I was looking through some of my own cards, and I have a couple more suggestions:

Comparative Analysis (Like Divination, but it allows you to target who draws the cards)

Labyrinth Guardian (Amonkhet-native creature with the typical Illusion drawback)

You need to be able to play Rise from the Tides as early as possible. In order to do this, Brain in a Jar and/or As Foretold need to be prominent in this deck. If you can play Rise from the Tides followed by Part the Waterveil, even better.

I would be tempted to replace Comparative Analysis with Compelling Argument, then drop Compelling Deterrence for at least 1 Part the Waterveil and maybe 1 or 2 Niblis of Frost in your mainboard

I'd also cut Glimmer of Genius for Anticipate, Comparative Analysis, or something similar. You don't have any need for energy counters in this deck. Bounty of the Luxa is also great for card draw and mana ramp. For your sideboard, I'd move Fumigate there in favor of more creatures. Also add some artifact/enchantment hate. Maybe Dissenter's Deliverance or Forsake the Worldly. If you play against blue, Prowling Serpopard is a must-have. If you play versus a reanimator deck, Watchers of the Dead is great. Your main concern will likely be against creature-heavy decks.

Also, replace Jace's Ingenuity with Reverse Engineer, Comparative Analysis with Divination, Guardians of Meletis with Fog Bank, and take Ancient Crab out of the sideboard.
