Faerie Tribal Oona Build with Mill subtheme

Started with this list: Tribal Faeries - Oona, Queen of the Fae by Zennargle and have made slight changes to suit my playgroup

Deck can win with 3 possible conditions (bonus points if you knock out an opponent with each) 1. Faerie combat damage 2. Oona commander damage 3. Mill

Gameplan:

1) Ramp to the moon and play cheap cards to gradually generate card advantage

2) Set up a draw / token engine

3) Go wide and draw LOADS of cards

4) Use Torment of Hailfire, Notorious Throng, Azor's Gateway  , Coat of Arms, or Inkfathom Witch to blow out opponents

Budget Considerations:

1) Swap Consecrated Sphinx with Notion Thief. I played with this swap for a while before owning a sphinx, and it still plays fine. It does feel kind of mean though... My opponents tended to target me more after playing this card than with the sphinx, so take that as you may.

2) Most of the expensive lands are not necessary, as usual. They do make it play more smoothly, because it does play so few of them, but it will still work with basics, you might just need one more mulligan than you otherwise would.

3) Training Grounds is entirely unnecessary. You can replace it with a removal spell like Feed the Swarm or a Swan Song. Another land or a Cloud of Faeries or Ornithopter of Paradise works here too.

Upgrade Considerations:

1) While I do like Basalt Monolith, and it almost never feels bad gameplay wise, Mana Vault does a similar thing, and makes the deck faster. It does lose some synergy with Grand Architect, but I generally see this swap as an upgrade

2) Many tutors are obviously better than Beseech the Queen, I just like to keep it for the flavor, and it's not a bad card, frequently good for pulling game-winning cards from the deck.

3) I've been wanting to play Swan Song in the deck, but in my playgroup the swap for any of the current counterspells is not obvious. People play lots of creature-y decks in my meta, so Arcane Denial, Counterspell, Faerie Trickery, and Rewind are much more flexible. Narset's Reversal is fun to cast on your own spells too such as Notorious Throng to string together multiple extra turns for an essentially guaranteed win.

Game Winning Cards you shouldn't overlook:

1) Inkfathom Witch can easily sweep someone off their feet. (Don't forget you can do this to help another token player kill somebody as well)

2) Azor's Gateway  : A land that taps for 40 mana? Yes, Please!

3) For whatever reason, people tend to leave Sire of Stagnation alone, but insta-remove Consecrated Sphinx. I have not had a game where it draws less than 8 cards.

4) Mistbind Clique basically says: target player skips their next turn. Easily blows out 1v1 scenarios

5) Notorious Throng is SO MUCH MORE than just an extra turn spell. You will usually eliminate 1-2 players when this gets cast, because it almost always comes with 13/13 stats attached.
