A deck that attempts to make the most of both of Vela's abilities using Ninjas, who benefit from the added evasion and are good at triggering Vela's life loss effect, along with other bounce and blink effects and creatures who do neat stuff when they deal combat damage. Other creatures are mostly evasive weenies with useful effects when they enter or leave the battlefield, along with a few heavy hitters.

Some key combos:
Cloud of Faeries + Deadeye Navigator + Vela the Night-Clad
Infinite damage.

Rite of Replication + Vela the Night-Clad
If it was kicked, deals 30 damage to each player thanks to Legendary rules.

Thalakos Seer + any ninja
A cheap, evasive critter that nets me an extra card when he turns into a ninja? Yes, please.

Dauthi Cutthroat + Dauthi Embrace or Dauthi Trapper
Reusable creature removal.

Army of the Damned + Vela the Night-Clad
Much evasive zombies. Wow. Inkfathom Witch makes things even more fun.

Scuttlemutt + Vela the Night-Clad
Making the most out of intimidate. Scuttlemutt also gets me some extra mileage out of Nekrataal, Shriekmaw, and Sword of Fire and Ice.

Stuff on the maybeboard is stuff I have that I would like to make room for, but don't know what to take out, so any suggestions would be appreciated. Any other suggestions are welcome, but I am on a pretty tight budget right now. Stil, any suggestions are good, even if they might not be within my budget at the moment, they could be good to keep in mind for down the road. Thanks for looking!
