Creatureless EDH deck centered around exploiting Narset's ludicrous ability to drop up to four noncreature cards free of charge with every attack. It's based on Budget Narset, Enlightened Master - EDH/Commander, with some non-budget additions and modifications of my own that all in all turned this stack of cards into a pretty competitive deck.

HOW IT WORKS:

Mana rocks like Sol Ring, Azorius Signet and Talisman of Progress will help you get this rather expensive commander onto the battlefield quickly, after which it is time to unleash all manner of unpleasantries on your opponents - time and time again.

With Strionic Resonator, Waves of Aggression , World at War, Seize the Day , Relentless Assault , Fury of the Horde , Savage Beating, Temporal Mastery and Savor the Moment there is no shortage of cards that can amplify Narset's considerable prowess with devastating effects. Think of raising an army of Goblins with Empty the Warrens, giving the enemy a taste of their own medicine with Clone Legion, or dishing out an eyebrow-raising amount of pain with a properly cooked Ignite Memories. Meanwhile copy cards like Twincast and Reverberate allow you to duplicate any of these potent effects for greater consistency.

Hindring enchantments like Smoke and Dissipation Field make you an unattractive target to attacks while there's a few artifacts and auras in there to help Narset survive sustained contact with the enemy.

Not to be underestimated, Brainstorm, Long-Term Plans and Soothsaying prove highly useful for making sure Narset's ability finds the right spell to unleash at the right time.

To top it off, powerful board wipes like Divine Reckoning and Razia's Purification allow you to sweep the field when things get a little hot. The latter in particular can prove a game-changer. After all with Narset on the field, you can safely blow up your own land without losing the ability to pepper your opponents with a persistent stream of punishment.
