Custom Layers 'Deck'

This is a teaching tool for Judges working on L1 or L2. It includes George FitzGerald's lists - http://blogs.magicjudges.org/articles/2014/02/25/how-to-teach-the-layers/ from his article and more items from JudgeCast's Layers episodes - http://judgecast.com/. It also includes some of my own choices. The list is probably 2x longer than it needs to be to be effective - but I personally wanted it that way for my use. Feel free to reduce any duplicate effects you find.

Anyone looking to build this deck should check first with George's article for details on how it works. The general principal though is this is not used for playing, but rather for helping to teach how to identify the Interaction of Continuous Effects and work through the many, many possibilities.

Planewsalkers are assumed to be in their creature mode. Creature lands are also assumed to be creatures.
