For some Doran-redundancy, I'd suggest adding Assault Formation. Skinshifter is a great creature to add in this deck. Bar the Door could be nice too for some sudden bonuses. Last but not least, Abzan Beastmaster and Phyrexian Arena could provide you with some card-draw.

Here's a couple more suggestions: For creature protection, Selfless Spirit or Cauldron Haze can help save you from a boardwipe. Bar the Door is also good. Frontline Medic can be great in the late game, especially when combined with vigilance, from Always Watching or Brave the Sands. Guardians' Pledge can help you slide in a lot more damage if you have a large number of creatures on the field. Also, I noticed that Archetype of Courage is a better version of Field Marshal, unless you're facing a lot of enchantment removal.

First off, I like the LotR reference.
Okay, now for my suggestions.
You also can try out Belbe's Armor.
Meekstone is just another good card as well, although it may not synergize well with some creatures in here.
Dusk / Dawn is another really nice sweeper.
For your creatures with Defender, you may need Wakestone Gargoyle.
You also can probably try out Tree of Redemption along with Perdition.
Crenellated Wall is nice as well.

I recommend building Doran. It's a lot of fun. Not many cards are changing the way that the game works. I already have this deck but the treefolk and wall versions are really interesting. I will take a look at your list when it's done.
This is probably my best deck and I'm trying to get it better before the event without spending to much money. I had a lot of fun games with it, but I would like to actually win some games there. I'm also working on other decks all at the same time.
I'm not playing heavily on the tokens/lifegain but they are there. Usually killing blockers is enough to attack with big creatures. That was the main goal. But things like Rhox Faithmender are crazy with Doran. Attack for 5 and gain 10 life ? Cool! That's 25% of the starting total on one hit. Ikra Shidiqi, the Usurper already have a great body; 3/7 Menace. The lifegain is a bonus. The tokens let me hit harder with general boost. 3 soldiers unblocked ? Bar the Door that's 15 damage. But yeah, I need to keep Doran in play. I like to have some cards that are good if I don't have him.

Ideally, low CMC and high toughness critters reign with Doran. Vigilance is also amazing. Try to avoid plain vanilla creatures as tempting as they may be. Exceptions being Indomitable Ancients and Kami of Old Stone.

I can't think of any permanent toughness boosters that add 3 or more without adding to the power (like Beastmaster Ascension):
- Spidersilk Armor gives reach and +0/+1
- Blessed Orator gives +0/+1
- Veteran Armorer gives +0/+1;
- Oathsworn Giant gives +0/+2 and vigilance.
- Castle and Builder's Blessing give untapped critters +0/+2.
Looking at it I think the "Castles" are strictly worse as the buff is conditional.
Oh, I completely forgot about Reach of Branches. Should I squeeze that in? Thanks man!

MagicalHacker: What're your thoughts on toughness anthem effects like Castle (there is another white enchantment that is the exact same as this). I already have a few but mostly on legs I.e. Blessed Orator. If I add in the static effects should I replace Bar the Door and Tower Defense or are the latter two better options to run over my opponents with?
Also, should I throw in Noetic Scales or is the possible ETB effects of my opponents too great?

I perused the list you linked and have found some goodies that were appealing. To keep the curve tight so I'm dropping a critter or two a turn I've opted for the 3 CMC guys listed unless the effect was too good.
Mentor might make his way in. Shirei is interesting but my creatures lack ETB effects.
Myr Welder: a 1/4 for 3CMC. Offers artifact gy hate and could be quite useful if it stwals the right ability.
Order of Whiteclay: Sun Titan's lil bro. Not as good with vigilance.
Orzhov Advokist: this plays into my anti-power control element. If they keep pumping their best threats then they will stay tapped. Also acts as a deterrent.
Palace Guard: just a decent effect.
Raving Dead: this guy should probably be in the deck. Great with or without evasion. Doran makes him an effective 6/6.
Sanctum Guardian: nice little protection against big splashy spells or critters.
Scholar of Athreos: late game mana sink?
Selvala, Explorer Returned: ramp and card draw on a 2/4. Pretty decent
Standing Troops: bc vigilance with Doran is hilarious
Vampire Envoy: evasive beater with negligent lifegain.
Village Bell-Ringer: gives my guys pseudo vigilance
Yotian Soldier: vigilance beater
