And if you wanna be cheeky with Tetsuko and go for General damage consider Merfolk Thaumaturgist and/or Twisted Image (maybe under an Isochron Scepter?). But no problem!

So, what I'm thinking is a spell-heavy version of UR artifacts. I'll have some infinite combos with Basalt Monolith type cards, I'll have lots of spells to draw cards with like Blue Sun's Zenith, which also convienently is a wincon once I have infinite mana from my combo. So it's gonna be a Kurkesh deck but with blue pretty much. And then random cards that work specifically good like Merfolk Thaumaturgist and Echo Mage, as well as a lot of proliferating and Deepglow Skate

Merfolk Thaumaturgist and Mannichi, the Fevered Dream play nicely with Will's +2. Turn two creatures into 0/3 and then activate one of them to turn the creatures into 3/0 and kill them.

Echo Mage plays well off both their ultimates. Double level up counters when you have Rowan's emblem as well as copy an instant or sorcery 4x off activating him (on top of the twice if you ultimate Rowan before Will). Level up in general might be viable, Brimstone Mage tapping for 6 damage will be decent.

Arcanis the Omnipotent tapping to draw 6 cards will make him even more powerful here than in other decks.

Also artifacts are another solid route. Copying Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient's ability to copy an artifact's activated ability will be really potent, and using Master Transmuter to return one artifact to hand and pop two onto the battlefield will be insane.

Also back on the note of proliferate effects, there's Skyship Plunderer for a weaker effect, but still effective if you only have one of the pair in play.

One fun thing to do might be to have a bunch of 1/X creatures with high toughness and use Merfolk Thaumaturgist to swap then before damage is assigned.

Mask of Memory for even more card draw.

You could also take the opposite approach suggested above and instead focus on increasing toughness ( via staples like Cathar's Shield), then switch p/t before combat damage with cards like Merfolk Thaumaturgist or Twisted Image + Isochron Scepter. Obviously this is a lot less competitive but if it worked you would be a legend forever.

TLDR: extra card draw and a super competitive voltron idea

muse99 Thank you for you comment, it helped me a lot. I still need to change some cards but I don't know what I remove and also I thought to do a win combo with Psychosis Crawler or Laboratory Maniac but I don't know a card to draw my whole deck or next to it , if you know any card,please tell me.Furthermore, I was thinking in use Merfolk Thaumaturgist and Serendib Sorcerer as a simple remove. What do you think? Thank you,again.
