The theme of this deck is "whenever an opponent...."

There are many cards in the deck that tax your opponents whenever they try to do anything. There are even cards, like Lunar Force and the combo of Knowledge Pool + Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir , that prevent them from casting spells at all. The combo is even a hard lock if you can pull it off.

Both commanders fit the theme as well. Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker gets bigger every time your opponents cast spells. Kraum, Ludevic's Opus draws you a card every time an opponent casts a second spell in a turn. Incidentally, both are also decent flying threats too.

Of course, there are a few counterspells and some tempo and burn, as well as some creature-based recursion to get back the spells and enchantments that make up the heart of the deck. Because of this, there are also several ways to flicker creatures to repeat their ETB effects. And since you'll be flickering creatures, you may as well include Ixidron, which is a fun card in general but even better when you can fairly easily turn your creatures face up again. Also: Impact Tremors. In addition to the regular value it gives you, you can use it to win with Felidar Guardian + Restoration Angel .

The main game plan -- other than annoying your friends by taxing everything they do then locking them out with Knowledge Pool + Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir -- is to wear your opponents down little by little, neutralize their biggest threats, then finish them off with a few big creatures and/or burn spells.
