So The idea for the deck was to create something that has an overall neutral impact on the game so it does nothing

to that end all the cards either have a chance to do nothing, do nothing in a single card format or have a negative impact as well as a positive impact while trying to keep both effects as equal as possible for example bontu's last reckoning wraths the board but I don't untap next turn

In terms of finishing the game, there are a few game enders of particular note the Azor's Elocutors which I think is the perfect statement of a card just waiting around till something actually happens, and the true neutral ending of Divine Intervention which just draws the game

An above and beyond thing to do in this deck for true do nothing play all x artifacts for 0
