This is my Hapatra and it is my first EDH Deck. She appealed to me as a commander almost immediately after I read her card for the first time. It's a breath of fresh air putting -1/-1 counters on creatures. This deck was build on a budget, so it's far from perfect. I would like to improve it though. Leave me some suggestions please!
