Since Niv-Mizzet is my favorite magic card and I've always wanted to build a deck around him (besides the infinite combo decks), this is my take on him as a commander. The primary win con is to use hand cycling coupled with control elements and regular card draw to win. I've read multiple primers to get inspiration and this is what I've come up with. Still not sure if it's worth including the greaves and boots to protect Niv-Mizzet, but figured I'd give them a shot. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
