Ok, so, there are three combos here with some overlap.

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts
Feldon of the Third Path (double activation) + Worldgorger Dragon
Dualcaster Mage + Twinflame/Heat Shimmer (Supported by Goblin Dark-Dwellers.

All of these combos can be achieved with 2 activations of Feldon in the same turn. (Kiki and Zealous both in the grave, or Caster and GDD in the grave with a Shimmer)

In an effort to do just that we have the standard Umbral Mantle type effects to untap feldon. Thanks to ShaperSavant for the idea to use Goblin Welder + Paradox Engine though. (Activate to get Welder, Welder saccing itself to get back Engine and go from there.)
