Let's look at taking the deck into some good directions first and foremost.
I'll start with the indisputable, end to all hearsay obvious: The Chain Veil. If you can afford it, get it. Sell/trade the chandra for it, honestly. I'll list a better chandra further down anyway.
Blasphemous act is nice, but it kills all of your shit too, and there are much meaner, still nicely budgeted ways to flip your opponents the bird in an artifact deck, and find synergy in our cards.
Star of Extinction is even worse, it kills Daretti, any boardwipe that kills your own commander when it's a planeswalker and meant to dodge most boardwipes, is awful. Let's knock it out for a card that helps us a lot more:
-Star of Extinction +Mycosynth Lattice, this puppy is a hellish landscape for your opponents, due to how difficult it is to keep out of your battlefield, thanks to daretti's handy graveyard recurrence (or if you have a forge out). It's something we want to work with, fill up our card slots with synergystic artifacts. Now I know what you're thinking, "how does this help me control the board like star and blasphemous?" Why, my monochromatic friend, like this!:
Also, where is your Trash for Treasure? And I know you know you want your graveyard full of presents for you that make Daretti look like Santa Clause, so let's start filling it and cycling through the deck. (remember! Overdrawing is perfectly okay! It might as well be substituted for the term 'card advantage' with this commander). Tormenting Voice Wild Guess Cathartic Reunion Bomat Courier Magus of the Wheel Chandra, Flamecaller (yes, I'm telling you to swap it for your current, more expensive chandra that doesn't help nearly as much with your graveyard synergy)
These two following cards are much more dedicated Daretti discarding versions, I would NOT recommend adding these until you are comfortable with piloting Daretti, and have tailored your deck to cheating out the stuff you're discarding. The Flame of Keld + Dangerous Wager
Next: Value cards & some more combo's now that we've touched on the utility of Mycosynth Lattice and its two best friends.
Pia Nalaar artifact pump that creates you a thopp for sacc? Yeah, get that good shit straight in your mainboard.
Skullclamp (for all the */1's you play)
Thopter Engineer A hasty boi Pia Nalaar
Scrap Trawler literally pure gold, artifact decks should give their right arms before they give up scrap trawler in mainboard
Crucible of Worlds Now you can discard your lands. Literally almost as valuable as scrap trawler. Absolute necessity if you have the budget.
Trading Post Recursion and utility. Marvellous.
Hopefully this list of suggestions helps shape your artifact synergy into a direction you wish to take it!
(you may want to look into infinite mana combo's with Krark-Clan Ironworks or Nim Deathmantle or Ashnod's Altar but I don't seem to remember what to do with them in monored, I just can't remember what you're meant to recur, someone else in the comments should know the combo's.
The easiest thing to do would be chuck a pyretic ritual, desperate ritual, isochron scepter, paradox engine, mana rocks, voltaic key, etc etc and then you can have infinite mana, ping with nin or do whatever insane convoluted artifact combo you want.
Or you can be an insane wank and throw in a grapeshot, mirrorworks and other things that duplicate artifacts, copy isochron with one of your loot cards, draw through your deck with a good 20 loots and 50 or so mana combos, and grapeshot everyone once you find it, but at this point you're turning daretti into a mage and the only thing thematic is his +2 and helping protect/recur your artifact combo's, absolutely nothing else).

Also 1xHalimar Depths? Clearly, some better lands would be a huge help here, though I'm not your budget wants to shell out for them. I think for the very low AVG CMC here, you could probably be fine with as few as 19 lands - perhaps something like Terramorphic Expanse or Evolving Wilds might be a good idea as well to help thin and stabilize your mana base.
You might also consider Metalcraft spells...

Crater's Claws instead of Red Sun's ZenithEarthquake is still good in this deck in addition to Subterranean Tremors . I actually switched from Dangerous Wager to Wild Guess in the first draft of this deck 2 years ago. I've had better luck using Wild Guess to pull out a missing mana or pump on turn 2 for a turn 3 win.
Dangerous Wager would be a dead pull before the pump combo, and you shouldn't have mana to play it during pump combo.

I really don't think Shard Volley is worth it.
I really like Searing Blood.
I would suggest Browbeat somehow in case you get to mid-game. Definitely not x4 but maybe x1 or x2. By turn 4+ you won't have a hand left. From my experience Mono-Red burn doesn't do well when it gets to mid-game so you may need some kind draw. Or Dangerous Wager or Magmatic Insight.
Speaking of mid-game, another suggestion for sideboard would be Ensnaring Bridge, making what people used to call a Burning Bridges deck.

I have some suggestions. Keep in mind, I'm not saying any of these cards are better than the ones you have going on or even that they are "good" cards, but that they are worth investigating/playtesting to see what you like and what works. They are all budget-friendly, so none of them will break the bank to test out.
-Dangerous Wager: okay not the best card, and Browbeat does more for the cause, but the difference between 2 and 3 mana could be a lot. youre only running 19 lands and trying to kill fast, so i'm thinking you'll be stuck on 2 lands more often than desirable. (i know this from experience, unfortunately).
-Chandra's Phoenix: decent haste flyer that keeps coming back. allows you to get a little more value if you stall out on turn 4 or 5. again, might be tough to rock this 3-drop with 19 lands, but hey. might be worth it.
Shrine of Burning Rage: This thing adds up really quick. it's better than it seems, if youve never actually played with it. can be slightly slower, but every spell you play, every turn you take, its a clock for you.
Abbot of Keral Keep: again, slightly slower, but he's got prowess, card advantage, and can progress your game if you're stalling out.
-Depending on the decks you're playing against at your LGS/playgroup, i would suggest Anger of the Gods (abzan company/living end/other GY decks) or Pyroclasm (tokens/aggro) over Bonfire of the Damned. Bonfire is amazing, but you're not gonna have enough mana or reliably miracle it to make it worthwhile. the other 2 options should fill in where you need them to.
-Leyline of Punishment is a good SB card against decks that run those pesky Auriok Champion, Burrenton Forge-Tender, or Kor Firewalker. Also a bonus against random good stuff like Kitchen Finks and the entire Soul Sisters deck. Really gotta luck out and have it in your opening hand and/or mulligan down to it, within reason, against some of the more heavy lifegain decks. i know you have Flames of the Blood Hand and Skullcrack in the main to help against that, but sometimes you need a static effect to shut that shit down.
-i wish Relic of Progenitus wasnt like $4 rn for whatever reason. its been printed like 5 times! that would be the ideal GY hate for you, i think. it triggers prowess, replaces itself, and is 1 mana. if you can panhandle for 10 bucks, you could probably pick up 3 SP copies of it somewhere on TCG.
-some utility burn dudes are Ash Zealot, Harsh Mentor, Young Pyromancer, Soul-Scar Mage, Thermo-Alchemist, Bedlam Reveler, Guttersnipe, and one i really like Grim Lavamancer. They all do some neat stuff and they all are <$1, except lavamancer, who you can find for about $2.50 in some places. none of them are game breaking (usually) but they could all be looked at, individually, and sorted out from there.
