I've got a pretty self-explanatory deck for you here. Arcades is a fun, but somewhat linear commander. Your goal is to get Arcades on the board ASAP, so all your walls (which comprise a majority of your deck) can now swing, and uses its toughness, plus each wall you cast basically replaces itself by drawing you a card. You only have a handful of creatures without defender, which are Mentor of the Meek to speed up your draw engine even more, Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa to make your defenders practically unblockable, and Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive to make your defenders actually unblockable. Your gameplan, which as I said earlier, is very linear, is simply to get as many "big" creatures onto the battlefield and overwhelm your opponents with them. You have a unique arsenal of selective boardwipes that barely affect you in Dusk, Fell the Mighty, Slaughter the Strong, and Wave of Reckoning. You can surprise an opponent who lets your walls go unblocked with Bar the Door and Tower Defense to make your attack much more explosive, potentially even turning it into a fatal strike. Not much else to explain here, as this deck is extremely single minded, which is both its strength and its biggest weakness. If Arcades keeps getting bullied off the board, you can hopefully find either Assault Formation or Rolling Stones so that you aren't completely shut down, but having Arcades unable to stay on the board is very troublesome to this deck.
