First commander deck, any tips are appreciated!

This is a spellslinger deck, looking to get value by playing a lot of cheap draws and cantrips early, then either win from a combination of the many creatures triggering from spells, combo off with Niv-Mizzet, Parun and either Curiosity , Ophidian Eye , or Tandem Lookout , or falling back on Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries if I end up drawing through my deck.

Again, looking for any suggestions and tips to flesh this out.
