This is an un-mander deck using X as the commander. Phoebe, Head of S.N.E.A.K. could also be the commander, but I chose to go with the more interesting one. Other silver bordered cards I have included are Spy Eye, Animate Library, Graveyard Busybody, Over My Dead Bodies, and Split Screen. The goal of the deck is to steal your opponent's good cards, one way or another. There is a pretty heavy mill theme, but just in case the opponent has a self-shuffling graveyard (Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre etc.) it isn't really the main win-con. Per the rules change, I am including silver bordered cards for this deck, but I'd like to say that I don't want it to just turn into purely a joke deck. At the moment I have only looked at unstable cards, so suggestions from the other un-sets are welcome as long as they aren't headache inducing or totally un-balanced. Other suggestions are very appreciated.
