I really like the idea here. Madness is super fun, and it's a way to use Dack without painting a target on yourself with Argent Mutation .

Hi! Thanks for your deck, I am a big fan of non-UG madness myself.
Cards to consider, espcially if you feel mana-confident:Violent Eruption as it helps wipe out several smaller creatures and can be nice against aggro decks. Arc Trail works similarly and you can cast it from your hand.
I tried to put together a GR spellshaper madness and even though I have a weak spot for Bola Warrior, it is not very mana-efficient and you cannot use it outside combat, which is the main hinderance of most of your discard outlets. I would suggest Kris Mage who is cheaper to cast and more versatile, especially against aggros. Or you can use her to finish off a bigger creature. Or in the worst Undertaker.
If you are not playing against black and you feel you can muster toghether BB, Gorgon Recluse could be nice.
Any particular reason for not running the Twins of Maurer Estate since you feature them on the deck description?

I'm thinking that while with Chandra Ablaze you can choose when you want to discard a red card (and gain both the benefits of +1 on chandra and a cheaper casting cost for the red madness card), with Pyromancer's Swath you cannot choose when to discard: it forces you to discard your hand every single turn (included the oponents') so you have to keep the mana open for madness at the end of every turn (if you don't reserve the mana you just "waste" the madness card) --> this constraint forces you to have only part of your mana at disposal in case you have a madness card in your hand, and Pyromancer's Swath on the field.
Pyromancer's Swath has a huge drawback with that forced discard the entire hand at every turn. I think that Chandra is a better "discard machine" for your madness, and Pyromancer's Gauntlet and Fire Servant seem better damage amplifiers than the Swath on almost every aspect (except for the cost).

I went through the rest of the cards in the shoebox and made the following tweaks. With the few cards I have, it looks like I can lead toward elf tribal. I should probably post this as a new deck because it's very much different.

Here are some strong and flavorful options for your deck. Hostility, Inferno Titan, Bogardan Hellkite, and Blasphemous Act are just good cards. Pyromancer's Goggles, Pyromancer's Gauntlet, and Inferno however are very flavorful for your commander. The goggles actually belonged to her and Inferno is her last ability.
There also seems to be a theme with dividing damage I find it kind of fun so Pyromancer's Swath could be good with this theme though risky. You would need some way of countering its negative effect. Anyway here are some good split damage spells. Arc Lightning, Avacyn's Judgment, Impact Resonance, Violent Eruption, Barbed Lightning, Cone of Flame, Searing Blood, and Searing Blaze.
I can see a lot of good options for making cuts if you want help with that.
