Hi! Thanks for your deck, I am a big fan of non-UG madness myself.
Cards to consider, espcially if you feel mana-confident:Violent Eruption as it helps wipe out several smaller creatures and can be nice against aggro decks. Arc Trail works similarly and you can cast it from your hand.
I tried to put together a GR spellshaper madness and even though I have a weak spot for Bola Warrior, it is not very mana-efficient and you cannot use it outside combat, which is the main hinderance of most of your discard outlets. I would suggest Kris Mage who is cheaper to cast and more versatile, especially against aggros. Or you can use her to finish off a bigger creature. Or in the worst Undertaker.
If you are not playing against black and you feel you can muster toghether BB, Gorgon Recluse could be nice.
Any particular reason for not running the Twins of Maurer Estate since you feature them on the deck description?
As for discard outlets, what about Heir of Falkenrath Flip?

Hey big fan of the deck, I've been trying to make a playable hellbent/madness deck and have used this deck for quite a bit of inspiration. Out of curiosity what do you think of Asylum Visitor, Furyblade Vampire, Kris Mage, or Nahiri's Wrath? I run them in my deck and find them to be quite useful and wanted to know whether you can give me your two cents on them.

I like the concept very much. But I recomand you other creatures. Because they are too weak. I would use Gurmag Angler, Gathan Raiders, Bloodmad Vampire, Kris Mage or Olivia's Dragoon.And in my opinion Structural Distortion has too high costs for your manabase.

Not_Sure on Creatures Vs. Hexproof

If Gladecover Scout is in play and the opponent's Kris Mage ability targets the hexproof, would the opponent's creature target still fulfill Hexproof (This creature can't be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control.)? Meaning would the Kris Mage destroy the Gladecover Scout with the tapped/targeted ability, because it is an opponents' creature rather than opponents' target?
