Work in progress. Use the discard portion of Dack's +1 to cast cards for Madness cost. There are a few other discard engines in there to get more utility out of the discard, like Waterfront Bouncer, and make the whole process more efficient. I have Breakthrough as the Signature Spell, but one could really just take their pick.
