Just the Illusory Ambusher in the sideboard is not worth it to justify this being a Legacy deck. It is otherwise Modern legal. Also, Krovikan Mist is a very big 2-mana flier. It is definitely worth it. Lastly, Slither Blade does not fit with the deck's plan. Cutting Slither Blade for Krovikan Mist will help your deck a lot.

Faithless Looting, Stolen Goods, Chain Reaction, Call the Skybreaker

Instant

Echoing Truth, Desperate Ravings, Reins of Power, Steam Augury, Word of Seizing, Aethersnatch, Magmaquake, Act of Aggression, DominateFor artifacts its a toss up, but I got rid of Seal of the Guildpact.

Get rid of all three enchantments.

For lands, limit it down to 36. Get rid of Rogue's Passage, and Temple of the False God.

Is True-Name Nemesis allowed in duel commander? Fog Bank and Guard Gomazoa are good defenders and Illusory Ambusher is my last good creature suggestion that works with your deck style.

I know you are interested in new instants and sorceries, but you could upgrade your creatures to have more synergy with your deck...

Runechanter's Pike, Young Pyromancer, Spellheart Chimera, Niblis of Frost, Talrand, Sky Summoner, Docent of Perfection  Flip

IMHO these are the creatures you are running that could be changed:

Arjun, the Shifting Flame, Gigantoplasm, Illusory Ambusher, Psychosis Crawler, Sturmgeist, Surrakar Spellblade

Mutant's Prey can be helpful for getting rid of threats. When it comes to dropping cards for others in your maybeboard, let me comment on that.

  1. Broodbirth Viper-doesn't help you much. It gives you decent draw, but it doesn't even give you xp for it's clones.

  2. Caller of the Pack-too expensive, no xp, not even a bonus from dealing damage

  3. Illusory Ambusher-really expensive for what it does, you will only get 1 draw from it in the beginning and it isn't good enough to waste a turn putting coutners on it

  4. Will-Forged Golem-expensive and doesn't give you any benefits

  5. Second Harvest-this seems to only be useful some of the time.

  6. Day of the Dragons-will get rid of all of your hard fought counters-when your creatures re-renter, yes you can get a crap ton of xp and etb triggers, btu all the buffs you put on them go away and the tokens don't come back. a single Declaration in Stone removes your hard work and the enchantment is still on the field.
