A somewhat modified take on the 2021 Lorehold Legacies pre-con deck. There's definitely some spicy upgrades here, but a fair amount of this (specifically the top end) is still the pre-con. Most of the modifications have been to the land base, removal, and value engine pieces.

I already have two artifact decks I really love, however they both run blue and are up there in power level. I love artifacts though and I wanted something to tinker with and play with at a lower power level. Osgir seemed like a cool new way to play with artifacts at more casual tables. Also neither of my other decks play white so this gave me access to some cool stuff. Because of that I don’t plan to add the fast artifact mana, even though it would obviously be great in here. I'm also keeping the top end threats from the pre-con for now so that even when the deck really gets going it can only do so much.

I have improved the ramp, removal, and value engine in the deck. Overall the deck is a bit more synergistic and a bit faster than it was before. It’s more likely to "do the thing" and make a bunch of value. However, the deck is still going to try to win by making a few Triplicate Titan's or by casting a Hellkite Tyrant!
