Main win con is Quirion Ranger or Scryb Ranger with Elvish Archdruid or Circle of Dreams Druid, and Ashaya, Soul of the Wild for infinite mana. Fetch Soul of the Harvest, draw enough of the deck to win. There's some other ways to achieve a similar pathway, but there's enough nuance that looking at a cEDH primer would do you better than me trying to explain them all. The other backup win cons are Fynn Fangbearer with Ohran Frostfang, and Strixhaven Stadium does something similar.
