Dragon deck, based on the Commander 2017 precon "Draconic Domination".

Strategy

What do I have to say? Just one thing... Dragons. This is a very nice synergic deck, with big dragons helping each others, in order to stomp your opponents. Its commander, The Ur-Dragon, is a really pumped dragon that helps you cast your dragons faster, from turn 1.

Since you want to cast your dragons early, Dragonlord's Servant, Dragonspeaker Shaman and Herald's Horn will also help you reduce colorless mana cost with your dragons.

The original precon was really bad with its mana base, so cards like Chromatic Lantern, Prismatic Omen and Vizier of the Menagerie help you on gather the mana color that you need to cast whatever dragon you want.

Fist of Suns and Jodah, Archmage Eternal allow you to cast your commander at turn 5, by tapping . If you don't have all colors available, Crystal Quarry will help you with this issue. Also lands, creatures and mana rocks like City of Brass, Grand Coliseum, Dragon's Hoard, Birds of Paradise.

After having a stable mana base, you just need to swing at your opponents with big threatening dragons.

Utilities

Fabricate let you tutor some artifact, depending on your needs.

Sarkhan Unbroken and Sarkhan, Fireblood are great utility planeswalker, and will let you add some mana of any kind and drawing some cards almost for free.

Thanks to Dominaria, Primevals' Glorious Rebirth will let you recover from wraths.

If our desire is to have more then one The Ur-Dragon, Helm of the Host will allow us to clone it and swing it immediately.

Since drawing is always good, Kindred Discovery, Elemental Bond, Temur Ascendancy, Dragon's Hoard, Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius and both Sarkhans will do this job for you.

Win Conditions

Big cards that can be gamebreaking are:

• Utvara Hellkite + Dragon Tempest / Scourge of Valkas can generate a lot of damange, while attacking with some dragons at the same time
• Hellkite Charger + The Ur-Dragon will let you do 20 commander damage if your commander is unblocked
• Atarka, World Render + The Ur-Dragon same as the previous point.
• After some wraths, Primevals' Glorious Rebirth + Dragon Tempest / Scourge of Valkas can take some opponents down, without even attacking.

Conclusions

If you love dragons, you'll love this deck. Since dragons themselves have got a lot of synergies together, and since you can have a strong mana base quite easily (and sometimes, very quickly), you can drop some threatening creatures quite early, forcing your opponents to deal with them, saving your commander for later, after some removals have been already casted.
