This is my upgrade for the Commander 2017 Draconic Domination (Dragons) deck.
The win-con is to beat face with lots of dragons.
Included are large dragons, lots of land search for mana ramp, creature-cheaters and haste enablers.
I have implemented a budget-friendly upgrade to the mana base which includes all five "slow" fetchlands from Mirage. I also added all 5 Battle lands from BFZ, which should help color fixing without breaking the bank.
I would absolutely welcome suggestions! Preferably semi-budget
