Basically, proliferate plays a major role in this deck. As you can see, there are no creatures (other than the commander), but the deck is riddled with board wipes, protecting the planeswalkers from harm while you proliferate to their ultimate. Doubling season is a the key to the deck, making planeswalkers start at double loyalty counters, and doubling the ones you proliferate (unfortunately, the abilities don't double counters). The only time Cromat really comes out is if you are in desperate need of a blocker. Planeswalkers usually make the tokens for you.

Updates Add

Finally added the Jace, the Mind Sculptor, in addition to some other goodies. Chain Veil works like a charm, although some board wipes were taken out. I had meant to update this a long time ago, but I figured now is as good a time as ever. Enjoy!
