Infinite combo: Have a pinger on board Slimefoot Stowaway Chatterfang Squirrel General, Doubling Season, or Parallel Lives Ashnod's Altar

Sacrifice two creatures to Ashnod's Altar to produce 4 colorless mana sink the mana into Slimefoot Stowaway to produce a saproling token the saproling token will turn into two saprolings or one other squirrel depending on which token doubler is on board repeat process until opponents are eliminated

There are other infinite combos depending what creatures you have on board

I also included the classic infinite combo Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond because of the life lost/gain aspect of the deck.

Added combo that makes sense because of creatures leaving the battlefield, but with a cause, to mill your opponents:
