My take on SpikesCafe's Revel in Rags deck that I saw showcased on MTGGoldfish's Commander Clash series.

This deck has four main win conditions:

The first and primary win condition is through Revel in Riches. We have so many token generators and ways to destroy tokens in the deck that reaching the 10 treasures should be no problem at all.

The second win condition is through Simic Ascendancy. Our commanders have strong +1/+1 counter synergy and there are a fair amount of cards in magic's history that gets +1/+1 counters when creatures are sent to the graveyard and our deck will be doing plenty of that.

The third strategy is to drain our opponents out with effects like Blood Seeker and Blood Artist. We will be creating & destroying plenty of tokens under our opponent's control which will cause them to lose a little bit of life every time that happens. These little pings of damage can add up quick and can steal us a win over time.

The last strategy is simply to buff up cards like Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker or Grismold, the Dreadsower and attack for lethal damage. It's not unheard of to have 30 +1/+1 counters on a creature at any given time so you might as well put those to use and swing out with your buffed up creatures.

Mana base for this deck is still severely lacking and I would like to get a copy of Massacre Wurm for this deck, but for now I'm pretty happy with the card selection that's here.
