This deck focuses on ETB effects to maximize Inalla's Eminence ability.

The deck is fairly defensive, relying on control to buy the deck time. Wizards aren't very efficient creatures, so the primary win conditions are infinite/big combos.

Here are the combos:

Bloodline Necromancer + Ashnod's Altar with Eminence = Infinite hasted tokens to attack or drain with Inalla's ability. You sac the Necromancer to an Altar in response to the Eminence trigger, use 1 mana to create a token, use the token's trigger to get back the Necromancer, repeat. This also generates infinite colorless mana.

Mistbind Clique + Ashnod's Altar with Eminence = Landlock all opponents during their upkeep. Champion the real Clique with the token, then sac the token for mana during the end step/upkeep, and use the mana to pay for a new token and keep the real Clique championed. This also generates infinite colorless mana if you simply sac the token over and over again and champion the real Clique with the token. You can also lock out your opponents without the Altar if you have enough mana and a sac outlet; besides the cost of initially playing the Clique, you'll need 2 mana per opponent (for the 2 Eminence triggers during upkeep and end step).

Wanderwine Prophets with Eminence = Infinite turns. Stack Eminence on top of the champion trigger, champion the real Prophets with the token, attack, sac the token, pay for Eminence again to champion the real Prophets with a new token, then pay for Eminence a final time during your end step. This one is hard to pull off. If you hard-cast Prophets, you need nine mana the turn you cast it. You'll also need to deal combat damage to a player in the late game with a creature that does not have evasion. You can also generate infinite colorless mana with Ashnod's Altar if you simply sac the token over and over again and champion the real Prophets with the token.

Ghostly Flicker + Dualcaster Mage with Eminence = Infinite hasted Mages. Target other things with Flicker, copy it with the Mage, then you Flicker the Mage and a land, the Mage copies the Flicker, pay for Eminence with the land, etc. You can also generate infinite mana if you don't pay for Eminence.

Rite of Replication + Dualcaster Mage = Infinite Mages. Target something else with Rite, copy it with with the Mage, then you copy the Mage, which copies the Rite, etc. You can wait to attack the following turn, or if you've got Inalla, Archmage Ritualist on board, you can use her drain ability to win.

Changeling Berserker + Ashnod's Altar + any non-legendary wizard on board with Eminence = Infinite hasted wizard tokens. Play Berserker, resolve its champion ability first and champion your wizard, pay for Berserker Eminence, champion the real Berserker with the token, the wizard comes back, sac the Berserker token for two mana which you can then use to pay for Eminence for both the Berserker and the wizard, allowing you to go infinite. If the Wizard has an ETB effect, you also get infinite ETB effects. This also generates infinite colorless mana if you simply sac the Berserker token over and over again, champion the real Berserker with the token, and ignore the Eminence trigger on the wizard.

Mistbind Clique + Ashnod's Altar + any non-legendary faerie on board with Eminence = Infinite hasted faerie tokens. This is identical to the Changeling Berserker combo above, except it's harder to pull off because it requires another faerie, of which there are only four in the deck.

Wanderwine Prophets + Ashnod's Altar + any non-legendary merfolk on board with Eminence = Infinite hasted merfolk tokens. This is identical to the Changeling Berserker combo above, except it's harder to pull off because it requires another merfolk, of which there is currently only one in the deck.

Timestream Navigator + Crystal Shard or Riptide Laboratory with Eminence and City's Blessing = Infinite turns. Play the Navigator, pay for Eminence, activate the token, return the real Navigator to your hand. With Crystal Shard in play and no cost reduction effects, you need eight mana (four blue and four generic).
