Damia edh, all the wincons are X spells with infinite mana, so Deadeye Navigator+Peregrine Drake+Torment of Hailfire.

Damia, Sage of Stone is the commander, since she isn't a wincon in the command zone. My playgroup does not like those commanders.

The gameplan is to ramp while controlling the game, and then dropping a Villainous Wealth, Torment of Hailfire or Blue Sun's Zenith. Another way to win is to mill yourself out using Tasigur, the Golden Fang or Blue Sun's Zenith, and play Laboratory Maniac for an instant win.

The deck is still a work in progress, so any suggestions are great! All the cards in the deck are ones I already own, and I am on a budget, so cards like Demonic Tutor or Vampiric Tutor are out of my price range.
